Purchased an Argentinian grill from Sunshine after getting advise on the various models. Had to get further advice on putting it together but once built I’m extremely happy with the quality! It’s a head turner and talking point when I have people over.

I bought my first grill kit over 8 years ago and it's still going, I have recently built a bigger BBQ (just ready for the weather to turn rainy... ) but i bought another larger grill and it's still the same quality, if not looking better. I do have my eyes on those Argentinian lifting grills now. Great service, great products!

Worst company ever - horrendous customer service and they don't deliver your item but keep your money - reported to trading standards

Extremely disappointing experience.

I purchased a brand new BBQ and, after assembling it, noticed several faults, including a bent coal tray that wouldn’t open properly, rust, and other quality issues.

I contacted customer services straight away and asked for a replacement part so I could still use the BBQ over my birthday weekend. Unfortunately, my request wasn’t dealt with, so I ended up using the BBQ as I had guests coming.

While using it, I found further problems, including issues with the skewer turning mechanism and loose bolts.

Because I had used the BBQ, the company then refused to accept a return for a refund, despite the fact that I had reported the faults before using it. Instead, they suggested repairing the damaged coal tray rather than replacing it, which I don’t think is acceptable for a brand new product.

The most disappointing part was the customer service. I felt my concerns were dismissed, and the focus seemed to be on avoiding a proper resolution rather than helping.

Overall, I wouldn’t buy from this company again.

For the price the size of the Cypriot grill is tiny I should have purchased from somewhere else, me and my partner tried to contact them with a few queries no response through amazon or their direct email. The coal tray is not end to end due to the Lip inside so you lose cooking space for an already small BBQ, and the protective layer of the coal try has started to come off after one use, my partner paid almost £600 for this for my birthday and I feel like she has been ripped off, not happy at all.

Shop around, do not buy from this company

I have had numerous stainless grates off them, they are high quality, good price and are better than Kamado Joe and Webber.They clean better than those makes as well.
I’ve had sets for both my imported Lonestar Grillz 42 inch Pellet and El Fuego Trio, you have to cut them down a little but that’s no big deal.
