From check in to check out I could not praise the staff enough . Every day the staff were fantastic looking after every request . Rooms were good, pool area was also very good.Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Palmin .

Hotel is in great location not far from Ladies beach. Taxi just outside and dolmus stops at hotel. The staff are all very friendly and can't do enough for you. The food is very good. The hotel is very clean.

Have been to palmin many times over the years but I will try a different hotel next year the food choices were very limited so we ate out most nights and breakfast was miserable only fruit was apples and oranges I know it was early in the season but I have never experienced this before and basically no entertainment rooms have been improved with new shower cubicle and rooms were not cleaned very well under the beds never brushed staff as per usual were amazing all of them and nice to see some familiar faces still working there basically it’s not worth the almost €700 for a week

We loved staying at the Palmin hotel. What makes this place are the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the moment you arrive. The Animation team try to get all ages involved without being pushy. The hotel is spotless and the food is very good. All going well we hope to return in 2026.

Hotel service was excellent, all staff were friendly and accomodating and this contributed to a relaxing holiday. Rooms were spacious and clean. Good choice in food, as good as one would expect for all inclusive.

Had a lovely holiday. The hotel was fab. Very clean. Staff were great.
Fabulous hotel and lovely staff
Fantastic experience the hotel is super clean every day the bed made fresh towels. The staff are so friendly and noise the animation team are so entertaining for the kids All ages. food could do change every now and again. Are really cutting for the place we stayed here for two weeks definitely going back again.

We had a beautiful holiday in the Palmin Hotel. The staff were so helpful and polite. The food was excellent and the rooms were spotless with the linen changed everyday.
Great hotel. Staff are very friendly and courteous. We have stayed at the Palmin Hotel for many years, we keep returning for the professional and courteous service we receive. Having stayed there in October 2021 I would say standards have improved, we were impressed with the adherence to health and safety standards.
