I ordered my Full Glam Ponytail Hair extension last July 2020, after a month of waiting, it hasn't arrived yet. But then what I liked about them is that they sent me a follow email apologizing about the delay of my order due to the covid19 pandemic situation and they were so nice to give me a 30% discount for my next order.

I tried ordering some hair extension ponytail from this site. And It came fast, effective and quick reply from the customer service too. The quality of the ponytail is acceptable and durable, with the amount of money I paid, pssh, i'm not gonna expect more, but it is of quality too. But if you want a real real hair, then you can buy the luxury one. But with this ponytail, it's worth the money & affordable with quality.

This company stoled my money, I ordered two ponytails in December 15, 2019 and I never received it, is not legit, they eliminated the Facebook page!!!!

I didn't want to even give this a rating one star is not even worthy I ordered 2 hair pieces on Dec 11th last year still waiting on them quick enough at taking the money I have emailed this so called company umpteen times no reply I say this is not a company but a scam so beware do not buy anything from them as you receive nothing

Ordered a ponytail on 16 dec 2019, received shipment details but the link doesn’t work. Sent an email asking where is my order and that the link don’t work. Last week I chased again and the shipment link hasn’t been updated since 28 December. Emailed onto 2 different emails and sent a message on Facebook with no joy. Just want my money back. But it looks like the site is not legit so don’t order from them, learn from my mistake 😢😡

I purchased a ponytail extension oct 11 to this day havent received nothing. They keep saying its coming. Today the sent what look like a etransfer but not in english and wouldnt connect with my mobile banking. Wanted my bank info and password. Sounded suspicious. I messaged them back requesting them to send it directly back to my account or mail a money order. Its been over two months so ya i deserve my money back.
