Love this company and adore my hairpieces I got from here. Quality and customer service is wonderful

I have bought from classy rebel since 2016. I first bought the Betty bangs, which the clasp broke the first time I used it. I ended up buying 3 different wigs. This was when I first started with wigs, then I started buying human hair wigs from different sources and realized how bad the quality of the pieces and the hair is. Classy rebel is price gouging for terrible quality. Get a wig somewhere else and learn how to style it

It’s sad to see more negative written reviews on this company after I had stopped purchasing from this website a few years ago. I had ordered the classic Betty and the V bangs and unfortunately was not pleased with either one of them even for the amount I had to pay for it. The bangs when I did it as the video shows on YouTube, are just extremely bulky looking. For my v bangs, the top of the bang where the middle part is at was extremely higher than the rest when layer flat. I flat ironed as much as I could and nothing.

Honestly she’s doing the best she could and I didn’t want to bother with getting a refund because I didn’t want to have a hassle for myself since I’ve seen quite a few people had issues with their products during that year of me ordering

I was told I would get sent a shipping label to return after the Bettie bang I got sent was short and choppy, not like advertised. Well, they haven't contacted me since. Terrible customer service. Terrible quality control. Save your money.

Best decision I made to order Betty bangs from this website. I ordered just a black baby bang you loved it eclipse in easy I just put a few pins and you just curl it the way you want. It's easier than going to a salon and having them look at you and say who's Betty Page and what are Betty bangs and having to explain it. Easy simple I can go to work and just clip in the bangs with a ponytail

Awful, awful customer service and ridiculously long shipping times. Which are minimally understandable for handmade items like the wigs (which I've never ordered but hear are just atrocious) and bangs (which I HAVE ordered years ago), but absolutely not for accessory items like hair rats. Placed an order in December 2019 for one hair rat. It finally "shipped" the beginning of February 2020. Apparently got LOST in the mail, so reached out for a replacement after filing a claim with USPS. It was confirmed a replacement will be sent March 31, 2020. It's now APRIL 21 and have had zero contact or tracking information from the seller after several attempts to get the information. I don't even want the damn thing anymore, but I absolutely want my money back.

Don't blame it on COVID, honey, your customer service and absurd shipping times have been in place long before that.

Best company I’ve ever ordered from! I love her products and completely understand why it takes a while to receive each order as they are all handmade. I remember seeing the girl below comment on Facebook and the owner explaining that all vintage style wigs require teasing. This is the truth as I watch a lot of vintage hairstyling tutorials. Either way I love the company and will continue to order!

Stay away from this unproffessional seller. I do vintage hair every day, and have been for the past 15 years, authentic methods and all. I have also taken wig courses, after I lost my hair, and I know A LOT about wigs, due to having to use them every day, and owning 5 human hair wigs, and 10 synthetic ones (call it a full blown obsession). After i purchased this horrible wig, she ignored all contact, that alone is a warning sign. I did like the hair line of the wig, and told her that I did, but the rest was horrible . It had the tell tale sign of bad wig construction, very thick at the scalp, and horribly thin at the ends. I reached out about how to fix it, no answer. Don't get me started on how it was "styled". I did not Even complain much about that,even if i did buy that wig because I wanted one finished cut and styled in a pageboy. It can't have been set in any pincurls or curlers, because one brush out, and the hair went straight like a needle, and was all tangled from beeing teased (excuse my french) to HELL, human hair wigs should never be teased that way, because of its fragile nature. . There is much more i could say. I Just lost 300$, so wanted to warn you too
