First time user of Super Hobby (Poland) but will have no hesitation in using them again. Great prices, very fair postage costs, excellent communications. Items delivered well packaged and exactly how they were described. I used the cheapest postage option as I was in no rush - order delivered within 2 weeks.

Huge selection, good prices and low to none shipping fee's. Also great customer support. Also a great program where you get points on each order which can be redeemed in the shop.

I made an order and payed for it. After waiting too long past the estimated shipping date and with no further update from super-hobby I sent an email asking what is the status of the order. They replied that they could not find the item I had ordered, despite it being in stock at the time of the order and asked me if I wanted a refund or something else. I chose the refund and in a few days I received most of my money back, since I was charged for the refund's bank transfer. I would have no problem with this if the fault was mine, but they let me order something that was not actually in stock and the order was to be cancelled from the start.

Very fast delivery and huge selection of models.

I've no idea where my order is how how to get in contact. I've emailed and sent and Instagram message 😒 very stressful as Xmas is approaching and I ordered weeks ago

7+ days after estimated shipping date and the parcel is not even in the country (sent from Poland to the UK).
A genuine delivery time estimate of 2-3 weeks when placing an order would be helpful!

Whenever i want to order multiple scalemodels for a diorama i would have to buy each one at a different website which means the shipping cost is insane and because the models i make are usually pretty obscure, most websites don't have all of them in stock or even in their selection, but this website almost always has everything i need in their selection and 9/10 times it's in stock!, the times it isn't in stock you can check the availability history to get an idea as to when it might be back.

Another thing i like about this website is the fact that it shows all the contents in the box, that way you know if there are any options for making different version of the model, if the instructions are any good, what decals you get, painting guides and so forth.

Best scale model shop in the EU. Sent a question and got my answer at 23.30 : ) That is great customer service. The prices are great and shipping is low enough that you don't have to worry about getting everything in 1 order. I wish all webshops were like this one. I have at least 10 orders finished and no bad experiences

Ordered product without problem and products were delivered quickly.
I bought a number of display bases for my models. One of the bases came unpacked and with some tracking stickers on the front. One sticker was a normal sticker and very easy to remove with water and white spirit.
Unfortunately the other sticker was of the type that could not be removed - not with water and white spirit. Removing the sticker left small marks on the front of the display base. After some emails Super-hobby.com refused to replace the damaged base. Their argumentation was that the stickers were not their problem and it is my problem to remove the stickers carefully. My argumentation is that products should be supplied in original packaging and any stickers should have been applied to the back, not on the front of a display base - especially the sticker type designed to not be removed.
Not satisfied with the customer service and cannot recommend them to anybody else.

Im sooooo satisfied with the range of products Super Hobby provides. This is my go-to-place for my 1/35 scale modelling hobby :)

Shipping is also very fast!

I have just received the third order I have placed with Super Hobby. it has arrived on time just like the other two, well packaged. i would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Throughout the lockdown in our country, I am still working in a factory and appreciate receiving models and equipment to keep me sane. Thank you Super Hobby and stay safe.

I have ordered several times from Super Hobby, very satisfied overall. The points system is an added bonus if you are a loyal customer.

I ordered a bunch of revell aqua pots and other stuff. I was kinda scared if they would survive the delivery, but my doubts were pointless, because the whole box was filled with bubble wrap. The delivery was quite lenghty (11 days), but I expected that because I ordered right after christmas, so there was alot of holidays. All in all pretty good.

Bought some hobby items from Super Hobby, their webpage is a bit confusing, hence the 4 stars, but the rest was smooth and fast.

My custom request was also handled very very well.
