This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They charged my credit card without sending me my order. Never received any eSIM from them. The customer service is a bot that kept asking me my order number that I never received. Had to talk to my credit card company about the fraudulent charge. Had to purchase another eSIM from another company.

eSim instruction is deficient
eSim purchasing process was smooth. However internet does not work on my phone after installation, even if I followed all the instructions. After talking to customer service for 15 minutes, they asked me to manually change the APN, which is not specified in the instructions, and then reboot phone. Only then the internet worked.
