Needed a particular tile. Floor & Decor wanted $200 to ship to my local store. Arbor had the exact tile I needed, lower price, and only $49 shipping. Glad I found them.

“I have been very disappointed with my…

“I have been very disappointed with my experience with Super Arbor. Communication has been extremely poor, and it has been very difficult to get in touch with anyone for updates. The shipment approval process has taken far longer than expected, and I still have no clear timeline for when the Milwaukee workstations I ordered will arrive. At this point, the lack of responsiveness and delay are raising serious concerns about the reliability of this company and the status of my order.”

I have tried to buy an undermount…

I have tried to buy an undermount butterfly sink. I received information that I could have a pay on delivery option, and because I wasn't told when the sink would be shipped I opted for that. But ever since I placed my order on Mar 9th I have heard nothing. I just looked again and see it saying something about waiting for payment and then it will be shipped...??? Why would you not tell me this, and why would you offer a pay on delivery option if you won't ship the sink????

Super Arbor Is E❌CELLENT➖‼️

Super Arbor was very fair & kind to me; I had ordered some red gravel but asked to cancel my [order] after 17 days & my request was promptly granted; No charges were incurred as the [gravel] hadn't been shipped yet; Additionally Super Arbor pardoned me their routine "cancellation charge", -& that especially mad me purposely want to leave them this "EXCELLENT_" REVIEW!! I could not have imagined so nice a treatment as I recieved throughout the entire process... THANK YOU SUPER ARBOR !! (dws)

Company is a scam!!!!…

I ordered materials from this company in March 2023 and tried to cancel the order within a day after finding what I needed locally. I was told multiple times that the refund had been processed and to allow 10 business days. It never showed up and three years later, I’m still out over $1000. This company is a fraud and I have all the emails to prove what they told me.. do NOT do business with them. Do your research as it’s all over other sites as well. It’s a scam!!!

Beware! This Company is a SCAM

Beware!! This company is SCAM. They have charged me twice for the same order. If you call them, you only get an AI. They have not communicated in any way at all. They sent me an email saying my order was delivered, yet no tracking info and nothing has shown up. I have emailed them 4 times and no response. I also believe all the "5 star" reviews are fake.

I ordered the ceiling grid kits for my project and they did not tell me there would be a 3 plus week wait.

I ordered the ceiling grid kits for my project. I was given no indication that there was any issue with getting them shipped. I got one email saying it was in process. Being busy with other parts of the project, I waited 18 days until I called to be told that they were processing the order, and checking availability.
Almost 3 weeks later and they still don't know if they can get it. They do not charge the card until the item is packed and ready to ship ( I checked and they didn't). Now the fun part is that by chance, the card was lost and got cancelled.

The Website Was Easy to Navigate

The website was easy to navigate from the search for a particular product through checkout. In receipt of a confirmation right away. Unfortunately, in the end, they said they attempted to fill my order, but it was not filled due to lack of stock.

Scammers

I ordered some power tools and it never showed up. Customer service told me that they would deal with it but they didn't and it has been over 2 months since I placed the order. Other reviews also say the same thing and this website just scams people for their money. Waysource is better for ordering power tools as they are authorized dealers of Milwaukee, Bosch, and other big brands.
