SuperForex 

This African broker gives you 750% bonus to get you in but the problem starts when you want your money back. I made a withdraw on the 27th November 2023 and it is still "pending". They asked for more documents which has been given but still on "pending". I f you care about you money DO NOT register with this broker. There are plenty of others who has a fast withdraw system. I can honestly say that SuperForex is a scam broker!

I was attracted by the amazing bonus offers of 750% and entered into a partnership with Superforex through their IB.

I deposited 250€ into my account to start trading. Just days later, something personal happened and I had to withdraw the money. I have provided all the necessary documents such as passport, utility bill, credit card verification, and bank statement, so my account is 100% verified, which is also shown on the client portal.

But I am unable to withdraw the money and I contacted support. I received no response and emailed them again. Still no response. I contacted my manager and he referred me to the "dealer" and asked me to attach the rental receipt, which I informed him I had already done.

I emailed all the documents again to the dealer but received no response. I emailed again and finally received an email stating that they have blocked my withdrawal because the system showed suspicion of money laundering?

So, I made a single deposit of 250€ and I am suspected of "money laundering"?

The dealer asks me to submit a bank statement, which I had already done. I was in contact with my bank and on the bank's website where I logged in with my ID, the document was available, which I took a screenshot of, including the bank's address online to confirm that the bank provided me with the document.

I receive another email from the dealer stating that the document is not valid because it was black and white and not in color.

Despite the document having a stamp and contact information for my bank representative in case Superforex needed to contact the bank.

The bank had scanned the document, but Superforex wants the original document in color.

I made the mistake of thinking that Superforex was a reputable broker, but I was wrong.

I had prepared a major campaign through my trading company to promote Superforex's huge bonus program, but I will now cancel the partnership instead.

If I haven't received the money in my account before New Year's Eve, I will utilize two platforms with 100K members and provide a highly critical review of SuperForex.

I don't know if they have their headquarters in Nigeria, but whatever you do, stay away. There are so many other brokers that have payouts within 1-2 days.

In my honest opinion SuperForex is a good broker and they are true to their word as I've just won the 3rd spot in the gold rush demo contest and will be trading a real account once again with the broker. Hard work, patience and perseverance pays off.

They need to improve in their customers care apart from that they good platform for trading I most confess

This broker uses metatrader4. I opened a trade and set a take profit. System ignored my take profit. I was spooked, so I thought I would try a withdrawal via bank transfer. My withdrawal was cancelled. Spoke to live chat and was told to withdraw via crypto for which they charge 5%. I had deposited via bank, so asked why it could not be transferred back. Live chat were terrible, asking me what transfer when they had directly just referred to the transfer. Was at first told that the bank wire system didn't work, later I was told it was down. I asked if it was temporary down or permanently down and was told they had no information. Avoid!!

3 days later and I have tried to withdraw my money via crypto as live chat are saying that the bank wire withdrawals are still down and to contact them for an update next month. Not wanting to wait a month, I tried to transfer the balance as crypto (Binance Coin), wanted and nothing came through. Then I get a message from them saying the crypto transfer was cancelled. I contacted live support and they said I had to verify my home address again. I pointed out that my address was verified by them and that was the latest utility bill. I have worked with crypto for 13 years and never have I ever had to verify a gine address for a crypto withdrawal. I willbe lodging a complaint with the belize regulator shortly. Avoid. All the whatsapp and telegram numbers on the site are fake. Avoid.

Just seen your response - the alternative suggested was to use crypto. This method was blocked by superforex when I tried to use it and they are still holding my funds.

They are now asking for my utility bill to be translated and notarized, before they send back my funds. This company comes across as a scam broker. Please do not use them!

Superforex is the Worst Broker I have ever used, I regret Ever Using them Don't go anywhere near them, I cannot Even Withdraw My Own money the Same way I deposited it.
Even if you make a plea to their Support they are never online or help.

Even Yesterday I just made an internal Transfer and somehow it is still Pending with VIRTUAL PAY AND PERFECT MONEY.

Why do you guys move our funds to payment systems not supported by our respective countries and indirectly make us unable to carry out any withdraws. During registration you say withdraws can only be done using the same method we used to deposit. But then you don't follow your own rules. My experience is that once you deposit a reasonable amount with these guys its over .they make sure you don't get your funds ever again its over for you. They frustrate you until you giveup .these guys put my funds to astropay a platform not available in Uganda for withdraws to make it worse it doesnt even appear as an option on there systems to enable a withdrawal from uganda. When you tell them they say contact dealer@superforex . Hmmm guess what they never reply to emails. I thank God that i didn't deposit a significant amount otherwise am posting this review to alert any other victims of this guys. They have replied lies again

I recommend people to stay away from this broker. You will trade so hard to make profits but in the end you will not get your money. Support team is not working 24hrs as the say. They charge for commission, internal transfers, withdrawal fees you will make money for them etc. and on top of that their payment methods don't work they refer you to Astro Pay method where you receive your withdrawal. You have to download the app and the you will want to withdraw your money into your bank account right?, Well guess what the Astro Pay doesn't have a Bank Payment method your money will be trapped inside the app while you looking at it but you are unable to withdraw it. Its my bad experience about this broker and Im done with them.
