Stay away from this company if you value your money. I opened an account and got the hot bonus of 300%. late at night at the end of the day, they removed the bonus without reason and I lost my funds because i had 2 active trades. They removed the bonus sending my margin level to the negative. They sent an email saying company can remove bonus without a reason anytime, total scam!!! stay away!

The 3000% deposit bonus is totally scam why don't you tell people you will remove gold and other instruments when he applied the bonus? And no bonus cancelation accept one willing to loose all capital

Terrible experience ,I made a deposit and started trading and suddenly they changed price of crude oil from 85.9 to 77.8 !!! which caused all my positions to stop out and lost all my money ... I checked on all other brokers and news and price never dropped below 85 during the day.
I Contacted customer support who replied an extremely rude manner saying yes there can be 10 to 20 % difference in price !!!! And explicitly mentioned " feel free to change the broker" ..
In a 100x leverage market a 20% difference tahn market can come out of no where !! So if you open a gold trade for 1900usd for example they can change the price on their own to 1600 for 5 minutes to make you lose and say well there is difference from liquidity provider !! .. and if you complain you get rude answer like above ..
My account number #1537307 and I strongly do not recommend dealing with this broker .. I have another account open with them in different currency and will close as soon as I can
Edit : They restored my original deposit (half of what I lost as credit in another account and said I have 30 days to trade without at least depositing same amount again

ANOTHER EDIT after their reply : as sort of punishment for me , superforex has decided to withdraw again the credit they gave me because I stated my opinion about them honestly ... lying about it in their comment that I did not use it, they actually withdrew it and caused my open positions again to stop out ...

So I deposited 1usd to see how they take care of their clients after I deposited 1usd I made it 6usd I I traded 1.56lots so that I can withdraw 4usd since they said 1lot per 2usd of your profits so requested the withdrawal they took 30 minutes approved my withdrawal instead of receiving the 4usd I have made I received my 1usd in my skrill so I helped my self not depositing bigger amount if I did and make huge profits they would pay me only my deposit that means the profits made are donated to them without my will so stay away from this broker they are messed up they need to go to therapy for real my trading account number 3235558

As it is trading is daunting skill to master, but add to this a rogue and thieving broker and you know you are in for a rough ride. How this scum has been allowed to operate for so long beats logic and I demand justice be done to save more tears and heartaches. For new clients a word of advice STAY AWAY. THIS PEOPLE ARE THIEVES.

Here are my reasons. I won gold rush #100 and one of the requirements was I write a favourable review here. Iam sorry for those I mislead. After receiving my $100 I was promptly stopped out in situ and the entire money wiped out. Upon enquiry I was made aware of a monster called the "SYSTEM ".

In my naive denial I decided to deposit money with them, all the while ignoring the numerous red flags. Soon what was supposed to have been a symbiotic relationship turned out to be a long con game. This unexplained stop outs were the order of the day and yes I was the one loosing money.

Woe unto you if you try to contact them through chat, for you will learn the hard way you are dealing with aliens. You see the whole thing is set up around an ambiguous opaque and unforgiving monster called the "SYSTEM" which stops you out where ever whenever its whimsical irrational gods deem it fit.

Try withdrawing your meagre earnings and you will be net with a litany of perplexing and dumbfounding lame excuses that literary leave you speechless. They reduce you to a beggar for demanding what is yours. Woe unto you if you keep on asking the difficult questions as to why there are delays in payment.
They will forever have answers for all the wrongs they are accused of.

You can keep the money, just delete my account and my documents from your platform. I've never experienced a broker like this that Rob's a client. You deposit money, it takes three days to clear. Support is always offline. When you close a trade your entire balance disappears. Useless. I don't even want my money back. Just delete my information.

So they said that give us ur info and we will take care of the problem, no respond...
But let me talk more about that 3000% bonus, after 1-2days of trading u'll 90% get the problem that u get stopped out, but the question is why? I was in wins how did I get stopped out, well they cover this with there "Policies" but that just scam, they do that around 10pm (London time) when the market stops for 1 hour, cz in that time the spreads go crazy and some ppl sl can get hit, but in my case I did put my sl so if the spread go crazy it will not blow the account.

I'm personally did not get hurt financially by this company I was just trying this out, so yeah stay away from this company, I'm not willing to corporate
or solve any problem with this company cz I'm expecting worse now so don't reply to my review...

This company is completely scam by so many way.
1.Denying ur withdrawal by imposing fake reason.
2.multiply ur loss to ensure u encounter stop out(when u ask them they tell you fake pips calculation form which led stop out).
3.Using IB to attract newbie(by offering very high commission to IB).
Probably you are not scammed for long time, it's because u didn't deposited enough money for their target or u always loose ur deposit on ur trades.
Ur will wonder one day when u get scammed.
