How can in business prospects have you ever any business in forex trading platform allowed a user to open an account with so low a deposit and blindly enough add an bonus of R1500($81,55) that the user didn't even apply for in the first on the advice of the CEO Coke. When my deposit of R1100(+/-$55) entered your platform, Coke himself welcomed me with WhatsApp call where he identified that my interest was an easy bonus 2 account which offers $750 on top of my $55 deposit. However my mistake, as he puts it, I didn't apply for the bonus before I deposited making me not eligible for the easy bonus 2 in my account right away. But he expressed relief for my case because he identified I was a beginner in forex trading so that kind of bonus would prevent me from enjoying small profit withdrawals. I was so happy and glad he mentioned that because my aim was exactly that, to withdraw small profits. Now you tell me who applied for the R1500($81,55) because it's not me according to CEO Coke. Even if CEO Coke was made not to be available whilst I requested manager Kelvin to invite CEO Coke in my dispute, Coke eventually called me after some time and admitted that he discouraged me from applying for a bonus. I wish this platform would have a function of attaching my proof of payment of R1100 because I've got it and I sent it to your office before I talked to trustpilot.

Yes Coke is in Tzaneen but he was said to be not available for my complaint by the time I wanted him. Thulani the depotor though based in Sandton said he doesn't know no Coke as CEO and any branch in Tzaneen. There was also a manager under Coke called Kelvin whom I was directly dealing with all the time and was not very helpful let alone blocking me from talking to CEO Coke.

This company is a fake. I opened an account with them because I wanted to get trading signals for my MT4 account of Easy Deposit Bonus 2. I deposited $55 with them using my Tymbank account. I was served by whosoever they call is the CEO named Coke. The CEO said he's glad that I didn't claim my bonus before I deposit because he feels if I'm a beginner and I want to withdraw small profits on my MT4 account it would be difficult with the bonus added. The bonus supposedly adds $750 on my account to make it bigger for risk management I guess. I was happy with the suggestion of the CEO. I made my account to reflect in zar currency instead of dollars.
Now the funny part without me knowing I was given a R50 account as my balance with a bonus of R1500. Initially I ignored this thinking the balance is showing things in dollars only to realize later that the balance is in rands. I realized this when I wanted to withdraw to which I was told I have $2.7 in my account because I deposited R50🤔. I challenged this enough to even talked to the guy who was a depositor by the name of Thulani. Now this Thulani came with a strange story about the WhatsApp group management I was involved with, saying he doesn't recognize them in the business. However the CEO named Coke said they own Superforex based in Tzaneen and Thulani said Superforex is based in America but has a branch in Sandton of which SA head quaters are ther but he's working from home. I immediately send him all my WhatsApp chat history with my case of being told I did not deposit $55 but deposited $2.7.
He said let me escalate the matter to their email address for investigating my whereabouts of my $55 deposit. To this day they have not replied and I sent everything including all documents of WhatsApp history data, receipts of depositing R1500/$55 on the 13th of April.
I have given up on chasing my money because I can see superforex is not respecting my complaint plus their claiif helping us with trading signals is a fake, WHERE HAVE YOU HEARD AN MT4 ACCOUNT CAN BE OPENED WITH $2.7/R50 zar?

Gold rush is a scam superforex is a scam. You trade and win gold rush then you are taken to another demo where your trades are manipulated and closed. Scam alert...i have full proof...take it from me..

This broker is a scam. They fluctuate the leverage on their end. I captured it on video and shared it with one of their contacts. Their contact excused himself and told me to speak to their customer support via email which I did. You will not believe what happened, they took my into margin call. When we speak of account manipulation, we speak of companies like these. 20K deposit trading 10% risk got blown in a day, original leverage was on 1:100, drawdown on 30%.

How on earth does this account blow? Why does the margin fluctuate on its own?

Super forex trading platform is the best broker till date, I find it understanding and I love trading with this platform, but I can't find my bonuses as of recent help me out,

I have participated in their Goldrush contest and up to now i have not received my bonus after i won and came first in the contest, i have been patiently waiting and writing them emails but they never seem to do anything progressive. Maybe it's part of the conditions I don't know

Dit zijn je typische Afrikaanse oplichters. Ze beweren vanuit Belize te werken maar het zijn dus Keniaanse bandieten. Ik heb eind oktober geld gestort via mijn creditcard maar had geen vertrouwen in hun . Dus ik vroeg mijn geld terug op via de normale procedure op hun website. Nadat alles in orde leek kreeg ik een paar uur later het bericht dat het geld niet kon worden teruggestort vanwege een vermoeden van fraude. Mijn bank in België zou het geld zogenaamd blokkeren wat uiteraard een dikke vette leugen bleek. Maanden later en constant mails en allerlei flauwe zever excuses van hun kant heb ik dus nog steeds mijn geld niet en willen ze zelfs niet meer antwoorden en blokkeren ze mij . Mijn cliches over oplichting en Afrikanen worden nog maar eens bevestigd.

These are your typical African scammers. They claim to work from Belize but they are Kenyan bandits. I deposited money through my credit card at the end of October but had no confidence in them. So I requested my money back through the normal procedure on their website. After everything seemed to be in order, a few hours later I received a message that the money could not be refunded due to a suspicion of fraud. My bank in Belgium supposedly blocked the money, which of course turned out to be a big fat lie. Months later and constant emails and all sorts of lame BS excuses from their side, I still don't have my money and they don't even want to answer anymore and they block me. My clichés about scams and Africans are once again confirmed.

2.In terms of profitable trading you are undependable, unpredictable and suspicious ,you took away my hard earned hundreds of dollars
3.In terms of Withdrawals you have frustrated,circumvented and back pedaled on all my attempts to withdraw for weeks.When eventually you aproved my withdrawal after much sixes and sevens you have deducted eccentric charges.
