Awful painful trainers, do not go for that synthetic ones, they are cheap for a reason. Wish I had seen all the other reviews saying the same. Gutted I can’t even get my money back.

It’s impossible to organise a refund. It’s not like other companies that just issue the return label, you have to submit a form then someone has to get back to you. This takes weeks! It’s ridiculous.

Very expensive and difficult to return
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in the sale for my son in his usual Superga size, confident that one would fit as he has been wearing Superga for years. They were all too big and the quality seems to have gone downhill.
The returns process is very difficult. You have to request permission and wait for an email. Then you have to print out a return form. Then take them to the post office and it cost the almost the price of one pair of shoes to post them! As they were delivered by Evri, I assumed there would be an arrangement to purchase a reasonably priced return like many online retailers have. I looked at Evri, DPD, post office, etc and all astronomically expensive. Needless to say, we won’t be ordering again.
