Unbelievably quick delivery and very professional! Exactly as pictured and in perfect shape when it arrived! I Ordered 30 chairs with a ridiculously short time frame they were needed and I got them days before they were even Promised! Highly recommend!!! Would definitely shop with them again!

We ordered outdoor furniture for 5 of our restaurant locations from Superior. We have been very happy with everything. Working with Jane and Selma was wonderful! They were extremely knowledgeable and took great care of us going above and beyond on every order!

I ordered custom table tops for my restaurant. They're beautiful and were packaged well for a safe delivery. I ordered some more because I'm really happy with them.
My only complaint is that they advertise a two week lead time and both orders have taken four weeks.

I placed 2 major orders with Superior this year. Received both, as ordered. Everything showed up on time, as promised. Flawlessly packaged. Not a scratch or imperfection in both orders. Quality of furniture is excellent. Would definitely use this company again.

Superior Seating assisted me in ordering my tables and bases after I had a cancellation with another company. SS was able to provide great customer service with respect to ordering the proper base sizes and most importantly sending my order in a timely manner. I experienced pleasant communication and customer service from ordering, to following up on shipping, to sending a youtube video on assembly. I would however suggest the company using a different shipping contract as I had to unload 60 items off a semi-truck myself which posed to be a task in itself. Aside from that, the shopping experience was a pleasure.

This is the third time we have bought restaurant chairs in 13 years and this was by far our best experience. We ordered a sample chair and found the quality to be very good. Next we ordered 55 chairs and 22 matching barstools with custom vinyl colors. The color was exactly per the sample and the chairs arrived quicker than we anticipated (in a good way.) The company communicated throughout the entire process and the driver was excellent. I would caution that the company use an abundance of caution when shipping, so plan to have a small army on hand to remove packing materials. We would definitely recommend Superior Seating out of New Jersey and we will definitely shop there again for our next project.

Great company to do business with - easy to work with, flexible on fabrics, and on time delivery! Products are wonderful for the price - we've got their dining & bar stools & get lots of compliments, and they're comfortable too. Will definitely use again.
