Still haven’t received over $3000.00 in…

Still haven’t received over $3000.00 in chairs that I ordered 39 days ago and I was told that they shipped 16 days ago.
Horrible follow through when I ask about it they send me to the shipping company that tells me they are holding them in their warehouse until Superior pays them money that they are due.
I still have no chairs but paid in full a month ago.

We received our order and were very…

We received our order and were very disappointed with the height of the chairs. They were suppose to have a "standard" seat height of 18"-20" and when they arrived, we noticed how ridiculously small they looked. They were 17" seat height. When i asked to return them, they had to have all of the original packaging, which had been mostly damaged durring the unwrapping. We were also told that is would cost us 30% of the cost to restock them. Now I'm sitting on 3k in chairs and tables that arent what i wanted.

We would however like to clarify for the benefit of our customers who are interested in the same product. The chair you purchased is actually 18" from the floor to the seat - industry standard seat height for all regular height dining. Moreover, we encourage our customers who are not quite sure whether or not the product will fit their decor, to order a sample, which is a small investment compared to spending money on the order you would be unhappy with. With respect to returning the product, like most companies, we require a 30% restocking fee.

We received our tables and chairs 4…

We received our tables and chairs 4 days late, after one of our pallets was lost at the San Leandro Shipping Terminal. When our delivery finally did arrive, one of our chairs was significantly damaged, and we had to order a new one. I think much of this was under management by the shipping company Ward TLC, but I think Superior could take more ownership of their products as they are en route to the customer. I had countless people over a four day span tell me they would call/email me back, but no one ever did until the very end of the process. Just poor follow up and project management. The chairs do look great outside our restaurant, but the service was poor, and it took more effort and follow through on our end to actually receive the chairs. If we hadn't been so pushy, who knows what might have happened.

We always address the delivery issues in a timely manner and do our best to resolve any situation. Once the order leaves our warehouse, it is virtually impossible to assess the exact delivery day and time on our end, considering the transit time from NJ to California. All of our orders are delivered by appointment only. While en route, we do encourage our customers to track their shipment (the tracking is provided via email to for each and every order). Alternatively, we are always happy to track the order for you if you call us and request help with your order tracking.
At times, unfortunately, and not up to us, the orders get delayed by the shipper. This may be for variety of reasons - in your case, the second part of the shipment was delivered at a later day.
We have followed up with you continuously through the process and escalated the issue with the shipping company. These inquiries do take time to resolve.
We sincerely hope that you are enjoying your outdoor furniture and we wish you much success in your business.

Chairs were way too small and when I…

Chairs were way too small and when I asked about returning them it is a 30% restocking fee and I'm responsible for $275 in shipping fees. So the chairs were $700 - 30% - $275 = not worth it.

Great company...

Great company.... ordered chairs for my entire restaurant...came quickly, and I love them. Ordered two additional chairs and the shipping was as much as the chairs. Additionally my order was misplaced, but once I contacted the company, the problem was solved very quickly. Very professional, friendly staff. I would order from them again, and I recommend them to my friends in the business.

Getting Freight Quote is frustrating

The experience was fine except I don't understand why you don't just put shipping prices on the website instead of getting a freight quote. It is frustrating to have to add that step to the process.
