Great and fast service. No problems at all.

I bought two pairs of diamond stud earrings on 5/7/25 and canceled it a few minutes after checkout as I saw another one I liked better. I immediately opened a chat with superjeweler and requested that the charge be reversed. Usually charges are just pending at this point and if canceled before midnight, the hold will just drop from my end. But no, superjeweler kept my money and charged me separately for the earrings I liked better. Because the first transaction was canceled, it never left their warehouse. I have made several online chat requests and was told that accounting will look into it. Finally, on Friday, 5/16 i told them I am disputing this fraudulent charge by end of day if I didn’t get my refund. Nothing! Over the weekend, nothing! Monday, nothing. I just filed a case with paypal and to think it has to come to that! I know I’ll get my money back but the hassle and aggravation make me mad. I have been with superjeweler for years and they used to be a trusted and reliable company. I’m surprised they have sunk so low in the last few years. I wish I would have seen the bad reviews here on TP before I made a bunch of purchases for Mother’s Day. Live and learn. SJ just lost a loyal customer. Yes sir, you no longer have my trust and my business.

Update:
Two days after filing a dispute, PayPal refunded my payment in full. In fairness to superjeweler, I have purchased items that I really liked and kept. I’m reading into the fine print and mostly looking at their estate jewelry now. I bought a sapphire earring and ring set and they were chipped and cloudy so had to return also. But here’s this 2 carat diamond earring from estate jewelry and they’re gorgeous and I got them on sale! I guess it would depend on individual items so my advice to buyers is know what you want, read the description thoroughly and ask questions if necessary. If you ever have to return, make sure you inform them promptly, take pictures and send with tracking and preferably with insurance.

Excellent bracelet for an October birthday.

The product is excellent.
The box is not what was shown in the photo and the appraisal card was faded.

I did receive the order, however, the certificate of appraisal is blurry and not legible. I previously called and requested a replacement, but the one that was mailed to me was not legible either!! Your printer should be out of ink!! Please mail me a CLEAR printed certificate of appraisal.

I returned it via usps last Wednesday. I didn’t like the fitting around the stone , I prefer prong type setting and a larger stone. It didn’t look like a 2/2 carat

I made a purchase on 3/26/25, my return was received on 4/21/25 (confirmation email). Here we are at 5/19/25, and I still have NOT received my refund.
I have called them several times and have been told it was processing. The last time I was told the credit was issued on 5/6/25, still no refund. Was thinking about doing another order after I got my refund, but definitely will not now.

The earrings are really beautiful a little smaller than I thought, but I’ve got them on. Thank you very much.
