No communication
We never got our confirmation number or any email from this company. We did eventually get the stickers, but until we did, they were completely unreachable by email; they don't event have a phone number posted on their site, despite having "office hours." This experience was needlessly upsetting for us; they could have just responded to our email and said "the item was posted to you at date X."

Choice of designs brilliant BUT …
The choice of designs is brilliant, they arrived quickly, BUT very sadly lots of the stickers have fallen off my child's clothes within a week (stuck to the care label as instructed, did not work) =0(

We recommend that your put them on care label, and not directly on the garment, and avoid washing the clothes within 24 hours. Also a good idea is to press a little extra on the corners of the labels when applying them onto the clothes.

It’s the second time I ordered those…
It’s the second time I ordered those labels. There’s a variety of patterns to choose and also you can design your own one which I did. My little boy was over the moon to see Happy Gilmore on them :-) The quality is very good and they don’t come off in a wash. Amazing!

Don’t stick well unfortunately
Unfortunately we found that these peeled off clothes labels after just a few washes at 30degrees. Pretty useless if we can’t trust them to stay stuck. No response when I contacted the company with feedback about this.

AWFUL SERVICE AND AWFUL PROFUCT
We ordered 2 different sets of labels and they don’t stick on the kids uniform labels at all! First wash and a whole load had come off during the wash and stuck inside the drum of the washing machine. I contacted Super Labels and no response! We followed the instructions for applying and washing and it’s made no difference.
Poor labels and poor customer service! Extremely expensive for a totally defunct and useless product.
