Great fit, love the shoes

The shoes are so soft and comfortable. I love the richness of colors as well.
Only thing I would change if I could would be the glue smell but I understand that just letting them set out the smell will dissapate.

Delivery is slow but love the shoes

I love these shoes so much! I bought one pair and then had to buy four more! I don’t often wear heels, but I’ve been wearing them more often because the shoes are just so comfortable!

Product arrived in good condition , promptly since it came to Canada.

The shoes are fabulous, exactly as pictured. The delivery was quick and precise.

The boots do not run true to size they run very very large. I normally wear a 6 or 6.5 so I originally ordered a 6 and it was way too big. Gave them to a friend who wears a 7.5 and they fit her well. I got a replacement shoe that was a 5 but those were still large, I had to wear heavy socks with them. You might change this on your website.

Scammy product 100%. The sandals I received were plastic pieces of junk. The soles were stiff slippery plastic, the straps were vinyl, the Velcro tabs were a cheap poorly cut bright white slap of stiff plastic that looks terrible when fastened, and the stitching is loose and won’t possibly withstand one outing. Junk product and deceiving ad photos and description. Beware.

Update: their reply and solution is a scam too- offers a $10 credit on another product. They also ridiculously say the return is not approved for reason of declaring it a customer preference. It a quality issue. They are knockoffs-do not match the ad.

Update: weeks of requesting a deserved full refund are met with offers for partial credit or refund only if I mail them to Hong Kong at my expense. They’ve seen the photos that show they are not even close to advertised photos. It’s deceptive advertising.

These guys are overseas. They have a warehouse in the US but not much from my experience as far as shoes is there. They deliver in about 1-2 months but honestly they always have delivered. I have bought my wife roughly 20 pairs from here and they always have coupon codes that work. They are genuine leather and honestly all of them hold up. I have paid more in the US for worse quality. These are fantastic shoes and boots. They run true to size only once the sandals ran small. They respond quickly in customer service for changing order if you do it in time and they help whichever way they can. I really love this company. They have never scammed me and these unsolicited email crap is you signing up on their site when you create an account. You can unsubscribe in your personal email if you want but they send coupon codes that actually work quite often or I use honey extension. Your tracking is overseas at first and the US label waits for your product to make landfall in the US. Once it does you should expect quick delivery. Sometimes I get China tracking number as well as USPS which I prefer but not always. SHOP app is used for tracking and works just fine. NOTE ABOUT SMELL: They are freshly made stained leather that does not bleed so they have that fresh stained leather smell. If you work with leather, you know. The smell goes away in about a day, but I am happy to see they are authentic leather and don't bleed. My wife wears a size 6.5. Just make sure you are actually purchasing from the real Superladystar and you should have a good experience with real expectations. Their refund policy is flimsy and not that reliable but with a 99% success rate, I run the risk anyways..
