These guys are overseas. They have a warehouse in the US but not much from my experience as far as shoes is there. They deliver in about 1-2 months but honestly they always have delivered. I have bought my wife roughly 20 pairs from here and they always have coupon codes that work. They are genuine leather and honestly all of them hold up. I have paid more in the US for worse quality. These are fantastic shoes and boots. They run true to size only once the sandals ran small. They respond quickly in customer service for changing order if you do it in time and they help whichever way they can. I really love this company. They have never scammed me and these unsolicited email crap is you signing up on their site when you create an account. You can unsubscribe in your personal email if you want but they send coupon codes that actually work quite often or I use honey extension. Your tracking is overseas at first and the US label waits for your product to make landfall in the US. Once it does you should expect quick delivery. Sometimes I get China tracking number as well as USPS which I prefer but not always. SHOP app is used for tracking and works just fine. NOTE ABOUT SMELL: They are freshly made stained leather that does not bleed so they have that fresh stained leather smell. If you work with leather, you know. The smell goes away in about a day, but I am happy to see they are authentic leather and don't bleed. My wife wears a size 6.5. Just make sure you are actually purchasing from the real Superladystar and you should have a good experience with real expectations. Their refund policy is flimsy and not that reliable but with a 99% success rate, I run the risk anyways..

Their description of their products is completely FALSE - they lie - they delay sending the item so that by the time you receive it, any help from PayPal is past their time limit. The only reason I tried this company was because I could pay with PayPal - & I couldn't be more disappointed in their lack of help. The good reviews on here are a JOKE. They are scammers & fraudsters. The embossed leather boots I ordered, came as printed VELVET - that stunk so bad I couldn't have them in the house. They offered to refund me if I PAID SHIPPING....when they LIED in their sales ad. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS - DON'T THINK PAYPAL WILL SAVE YOU!

I rarely write reviews, but I want people to be warned that this is a rip off. Firstly, the shoes are very cheap looking. They aren't what the appear in the ad. Secondly, I've been trying to return them. The email keeps getting bounced back. The 800 number goes to voicemail. They never return calls.
The shoes are tacky and cheap looking. They don't fit well. The heel is not lacquered as shown in the picture. It's just patterned canvas glued to the heel.

I have never bought shoes from Suerladystar before, and I am beyond pleasantly surprised!! The shoes are solid and well made!! Really well made!! This fit is AMAZING!! I have a hard time finding shoes that actually fit. And the look? I get compliments every single where I go when I where my boots! I bought three pair and will be back for more!!
The only thing I didn't like was how long I had to wait to get them, LOL! But I know quality takes time!

I would give this company a zero rating if I could. I ordered boots on Dec 19 2025 and as of Feb14 2026 I have not received them. They keep stringing me along by saying "order lost in mail or we have a new pair coming. It's almost been 2 months. Beware! Scam!

I bought the brown lace-up victorian style high heel boots. Super comfy. A little glittery too, which is not visible in the photos. It would be great if they had smelled less horrible, though. All shoes from here smell super bad at arrival and have to rest out-door for at least a week before usage, to take away the smell.

This company needs to be shut down! Took ages for my boots to come. When they arrived they look lovely but are definitely not real leather as advertised. Instead they are a hard synthetic material which makes them very uncomfortable and absolutely stink! I have had to put them outside as the smell is so strong. How do they get away with this false advertising? From what I have read on other reviews there is no point in contacting customer service as they are useless but I will give it a go.

These boots, are by far, the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. Trust me on this because I've owned alot of boots. Lol, I'm kinda of a shoe freak!

Fast delivery. Gorgeous boots

I didn't realize my boots were being hand made so I became a little impatient waiting for them to arrive. When I received them I was very pleased with how they felt on my feet, how they look, the quality of material, and the craftsmanship. They are so worth waiting for them to be made and delivered.

Delivery was a lot quicker than I thought it would be and the shoes are absolutely beautiful and surprisingly comfortable.

Superlady Star doesnot do refunds!! They will email and email and email about an exchange. Happy to exchange as long as you pay them $30USD for the exchange items. I purchased a pair of sandals and they were fine, But when I purchased their boots I found my high arch made them too tight to wear. After many many emails telling me to pay up and get an exchange I demanded a refund and sent the boots back to them. As per the address provided by them. This morning those same shoes were on my doorstep!
After I paid for return postage to Hong Kong. There were the boots. Everything is in Chinese - I dont know why they were not delivered. Never again. I wonder if these shoes are made in China in sweat shops. Their customer service shows no humanity.

my initial order was lost during delivery. but your customer service person replaced it very quickly and without a headache !! i received the replacement and its perfect !

arrived in timely matter, fit was good. Have not worn them yet. Took one star off for smell, but I think that it will fade. (paint type smell)

The boots I received are very nice will place another order. I know these are handmade and that takes time but it seemed like a long wait about a month.

My boots are beautiful. It took a little longer than I expected to receive them, but that is not a problem really. Thank you.
I always recommend you to my friends in South Africa - unfortunately the exchange rate makes them expensive but they are so beautiful and fit so nicely that is worth the spoil of purchasing now and then!

I was worried they were not going to be delivered in time for the wedding I am attending because they were held up in US Customs and then there was a huge winter storm that further delayed delivery but SuperLady came through and expedited the rest of the journey. They arrived in time and I could not be more pleased. Excellant product and Excellant service.

The shoes are awesome. My only complaint is whatever they are stored in really stinks so now my whole closet stinks.. don't put them in something like mothballs.., YUCK
