Please read the comments from other users too. This company is a total waste of time and continue to bill long after they stop providing service. Their customers service reps pass you off to someone else who doesn't answer, or doesn't solve any issues. Run away and find someone else.

If I could give Superlative Inc ZERO stars I would. They are unethical, dishonest and very difficult to deal with. NO ONE returns phone calls or answers emails. I have now gotten the BBB and DCA involved to help resolve this for me. Their billing is faulty to and the unprofessional indecent people that work there are all terrible and unresponsive. As in the hang the phone up on you! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUPERLATIVE INC.

Superlative changed my site without consulting me, and in the process, I lost years of work, and much of my intellectual property. I canceled the site immediately, but just shy of their company-proclaimed "30 day notice" requirement. Although the website was canceled, they renewed me anyway, and are charging me $500 for one year for a product I don't even have. The dishonesty boggles the mind!!!

Their system was down for about two weeks, they did not inform anyone that the web sites were also all down and not visible to the public. I could not reach them for those two weeks. When I finally reached someone in billing, I told the woman there to cancel my account because they could not keep my web site operational. This was in September 2022, which as the last time I was billed $34.95. Then, I noticed they started billing my cc again on August 2023 through March 2024. There was no reason to bill me, fraudulent charges, which I reported to the FBI.

I got my name necklace order with in a month of purchasing it so I can't give a low start because my product actually Came 🙂🙂

this account is FAKE!!! I ORDERED FROM THEM AND I NEVER GOT MY ORDER AND THEY SENT A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER. ITS FAKE SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND TIME. PLEASE REPORT THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGE AND SELECT THE SCAM FRAUD OPTION.

If I could give minus stars I would. It suits the company best. I have order a long while ago and still nothing. The customer service ignore me and I get no response

They get one star because I can't go minus 20... my order arrived without the engraving it was supposed to have so its useless and all I keep getting out of their customer service is that the product has been delivered.... stay as far away from these scammers

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! I ordered a necklace in December 2019 and didn’t receive it until February but when I opened it the piece to clip the necklace together was broken and it had green on it like it’s fake or something. I inquired them about a replacement immediately and they finally replied back to me in April saying I should receive another. Fast forward to July I contacted them again and they sent me a fake tracking link to say that it was shipped out and I should be receiving it soon. I still have nothing and every time I send them the screenshots of their reply saying it was coming in the mail they never respond back to me and when they asked for my order number they say they have no order number with my purchase. THEY ARE A SCAM!!

This Seems like a scam. I order July 27 and not once have I heard about my package, and they are really unprofessional on communication. They would send u buying ads but not updates on your package . I wouldn’t order from these people!

I spent $120 on Valentines Day gifts for my girlfriend and they still have not come after 7 months! I emailed them so many times and received an automated response every time that is just lies! They ruined my FIRST Valentines Day with a girl ever and wasted ALL the money I had saved. Absolute scammers that will not listen to a word you have to say! DO NOT order from them as you will be scammed! Pieces of $hit

I made an order in January, their website stated 1-3 days to dispatch, I sent an email to them when i had not received any notification of the product being dispatched by the 7th Feb, I received a response saying the item was being manufactured and would be on its way. Its August and still no sign of the item or confirmation of shipping. These guys are scammers.

Firstly they don’t deliver the product in time
Secondly they don’t respond for MONTHS
and when they do- that too after HUNDREDS of complaints and requests by you- THEY DONT EVEN GIVE YOU A DEFINITE DATE OF DELIVERY
Thirdly after such terrible services they refuse to refund more than 10% of your product’s cost- this was the case with me after 6 months from placing the order- I was offered 10% refund AFTER SIX MONTHS

This is the worst seller I've ever encountered. My daughter ordered a necklace from them last February and until now they keep saying it had been shipped but the tracking number they provided is not even trackable. I asked to cancel and refund my order but they will only refund me 10% of what I've paid.
So do yourself a favor, don't even bother ordering from them.

I do NOT recommend making a purchase from this brand, a very bad experience. I placed my order in February and in June it has not yet arrived.

After contacting customer service, to request a refund. The answer was that the product must be delivered in seven business days from the payment date, that is, it is more than five months late. And they can only refund 10%.
