Would give a negative if I could

Would give a negative if I could. Absolutely outrageous company! 8 months and I never received my order. Andy or who ever this Horrible person is, is not doing anything at all! Be patient, one hour cancellation it’s been delivered, when it hasn’t!
Never order from this company . I’m still trying to get my refund it’s ridiculous

Save your money

Thought they were a scam considering it took FOUR MONTHS to get my calendar keychain. It came with the correct date and message, however it’s very cheaply made and came with deep scratches all over it! Communication on their part was extremely unprofessional and I was always told “be patient”- they copy and paste the same reply email to everyone having issues. I’m extremely surprised it actually came at all which is why I’m rating 2 stars. I will not be ordering here again. Not worth the time or money at all!

3months to arrive

I ordered on the 13th of Feb and received it on the 8th of May. The calendar key chain I ordered does have the date and message that I wanted and is nicely made, however it is a little smaller than expected and the font and colour of writing isn't the same, if it looked like how it was advertised I could forgive the price. In case any one doesn't know I'd like to say that everything is just mass produced from a factory in China, it isn't a legitimate business per se or jewellery store as it makes out to be. I was able to track my parcel the entire time. Although I am very happy with what I ordered, I wouldn't order from SuperlativeTrends ever again, it took ages to arrive and there were typos on their website, I think they write fake reviews on their website because it does not add up compared to reviews on other websites, I would say that I don't think their customer service is the best. All in all happy with purchase but wouldn't go to them again.

I decided to order a name necklace for…

I decided to order a name necklace for myself with my daughters name on it.... never again. I ordered my necklace on the 2nd of March and I barely received it today, two months later. I messaged them to ask what was going on with my order and they said "Be patient, your product will be shipped/delivered and will be with you asap", that was April 3rd. It is now May 5th. There was hardly any communication from their part. Also, my necklace was broken. I had to fix it myself.

Avoid at all costs!

Saw this advertised on Facebook and decided to get something for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. I ordered in the last third of January, and they said it would be delivered in time for Valentine's. I got an email late January saying due to Coronavirus they were shutting down production for the safety of their workers, but I'd still get it soon. Understandable. It was almost the end of February and I had not received anything other than it was still being in production. I did get the item, and it was as I ordered, but it didn't come until near the end of MARCH. Virus or not, the communication was horrible, often waiting two days between emails. Between HORRID customer service and failure to meet commitments and delivery windows, I will NEVER give this company a second glance!

Zero stars Fake Company!!!!

I am beyond furious, I wish I would have looked up the reviews on this horrid company, Andy (if that’s even his name) has done nothing but given me a fake tracking number and be extremely rude. Been waiting for months and still have not received my product and they will not give me a refund or an update on the product.

0 stars! I orderen in Dec 2019 and they still didnt send it to me, when I write for them they always answer ‘your order is currently in manufacturing process and is due to be shipped! We are extremely sorry & apologize for the unexpected delay. Your order is number one priority and it will with you soon’ never order to this website!

Same as many others

Same as many others, I didn’t hear a thing from this company after 2 months of my order not arriving. Once I contacted them they simply gave me a fake tracking number and told me that my 1 hour cancellation period has passed. Still have no received the item and I’m extremely upset with the shocking service

they said my order was delivered but it wasn't and they sent me an email saying they can't look any further into this and ki went to Canada post and told them and I gave them the tracking number and it said that tracking number hasn't even started shipping I'm like WTFFFF

Would put 0 stars if I could. Ridiculous company, ordered a customised keychain for an anniversary gift two months before I needed it. Andy is the biggest moron and crook you…

Andy is the biggest moron and crook you will ever meet. I ordered in December. Half an hour after the order I read reviews of how shady this company was. I emailed to cancel. He replied a week later saying sadly our 1 hour cancellation policy is now passed. I emailed back and said just because you replied back a week later doesn't make it so. I even forwarded him my order confirmation and the email that I had sent 30 minutes after my order. It has been 4 months and nothing has come. I have emailed him dozens of times. He keeps reply sadly our 1 hour window has passed...your product is on it's way...please be patient...thank you for understanding. And he provides a fake tracking link. I keep emailing back saying the link is fake and to check it himself. And that the product was never shipped or got lost, so either resend or refund. He keeps replying with the same bs. He is a huge liar and crook and deserves to be in jail. I've never seen so many negative reviews for a company. How are they even in business?

If I could rate this “company” with…A BIG FAT ZERO, I would!

If I could rate this “company” with zero stars, I would. I ordered/paid for my product on January 27th as a Valentine’s Day gift. I received an email from their “support” team on 2/21 stating my order was on its way and should arrive in 1-3 business days. I requested a tracking # and update on 3/1 and wanted to cancel/refund since this product was coming from China. They wrote me back with their “1 hour cancellation/refund policy”; Throughout the weeks, I’ve sent multiple emails/complaints stating I could not have possibly known covid-19 would happen within 1 hr of my purchase. Every response I’ve gotten back from them is, “be patient. Your order will
Arrive”; it has been “in transit” for over 50 days and is still in China. I never write negative reviews, but this is some of the worst “customer service” I have ever received, especially for a product that I’ve PAID FOR, and will probably never receive. Do NOT order from this BS scam company!

Items never arrived, they never responded

Ordered personalised necklaces and they never arrived. After a few complaints and no response from their customer "service" I got my money back through PayPal (as they didn't respond to the refund request there either). I left a 1 star review on their website (and I know others have too) but they don't show them, only the 5* are there if these are even genuine.

Worst thing is, 2 months later they keep spamming me with weekly emails about their new offers. Are they stupid or what?

Its actually a zero star. DO NO ORDER FROM THEM!!!!
I ordered a custom necklace with them in mid February 2020. We are now in April 2020. The product was suppose to be shipped and delivered in two week time-frame. When I never received a shipping/tracking number I reached out. No response .. I wrote another emails with complaints with them. SHOCKER.. I did not receive a response. With my third email I did get a response;" the product is getting ready for shipping". Trust! it was not.... I kept getting coupon codes sent to email for me to purchase more products.. Like, you kidding bro?, you wont return emails to paid customers, but you're going to try and get some more money with a discount code.. pls. I was so mad that I responded to that email and literally told them they are a total scam and I wanted my money back or to deliver the damn product that was probably crap. To that, I received a response that the product was shipped and they added a tracking number!!! I finalllllly got a date for delivery. That has changed 3 times already. I know that this is literally BS. I will never get the product I paid for. Grrr .. Sorry for the rant, save yourself the anger.. don't buy from them!!!

Never deal with SuperlativeTrends.

I made a purchase for two keychains in August of 2019, 8 months later in April 2020 I have altogether received one reply to 10 different emails, simply asking for my order number to which they never replied or made any action with.
Do not purchase with this company, absolutely no customer service and almost guaranteed to take your money and never deliver your product.

Worst company ever!

At this point, y’all deserve negative 5 stars. I’m highly angry at the fact I ordered a custom necklace with my name on it on the 19th or December. It is April 2 of 2020, and I still haven’t received my necklace. I have emailed them already and I get no response! This company can suck me fr.
