DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. its been 4 months since ive placed my order and i yet to still receive. in addition, their contact centre is only via email and you get the same automated message when emailed; only providing "you can track your order here" from andy. biggest waste of money and a deadset scam, beware others

I tried cancelling my order within 20 minutes of purchasing it and I hadn’t got an email back till 24hours later... and another 48 hours go by and they told me I can’t cancel because “the 1 hour cancellation period was over” when I literally emailed right after purchasing it... HUGE SCAM literally the worst.

Bought in October, haven't received anything. Have emailed and Facebook messaged and no response.

Do not order anything from their site. I placed an order on their site back in august 4 months ago. About a month later without any news i decided to cancel my order and get my money back. Their support then “helped” me cancel my order and get a refund in process. Now 3 months after that i still have not recived neither a refund or the product and after being in contact with them serveral times they have now decided not to respond to my e-mail.

SCAMMMMM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered Oct 3rd. After weeks of not getting any tracking info I emailed and they said it should be on the way. Later that day I got shipping information saying it would be here on Tuesday Nov 5th. When I checked it again on the 5th it said it had not moved from the chicago facility. It is now Nov 30 (might as well say Dec 1st) and still nothing. I emailed them about a refund and they said they dont do refunds past an hour after purchase. ABSURD!!!! I'll probably call chase and see if I can get my lil $18 back. This place sucks butt!

If I could give a -1 I would have. Placed and order a month ago. Still have not received the order. And the 24/7 contact is BS! I have emailed several time and no response

I purchased a package since August. It is almost December and it has not arrived. I have contacted superlative trends over 10 times already. I had live chats with them, emails, instagram direct messages. They only give me a code for a support response that never arrives! That's why I contacted them so many times. Now they just stopped replying on all media. I was very nice and patient always, but this site is complete fraud!! Please do not give your money to these thieves. They will waste your time AND much worse your money!

Huge scam. Took a month to ship, came broken, quality nothing like the pictures. Do yourself a favor and forget about Superlative Trends.

Don’t Ever Order From This Site!!!!

Received my order a lot later than i thought, finally got to wear it and it broke after a few days and i contacted them to get money back but no replies for days on end then finally a reply then again no reply for another week then they asked for order number and photos which i sent numerous times, they kept making excuses and sending me automated responses. In the end i gave up was so angry, clearly they do not like giving out refunds like they state!!.. Worst company ever!

Horrendous company. They said they’d get back to me 6 times and didn’t and when they did they said my package had been delivered when it hadn’t been. Fuming.

Total scam. I doubt they are a real company. Over 4 months since I ordered. Spoken to the online team 6+ times... countless times told I will be contacted with follow ups. Not once have they contacted me. Dont ever purchase anything from them. Total modern robbery and should be shut down.

I purchased a necklace September 3rd. The tracking information they sent out on September 23rd said my item was a Brooklyn facility then in a Jackson heights facility, then again on the 24th out for delivery then back at Jackson heights faculty again and now out for delivery and its the September 29th. Something fishy! At this point I just want my little $20 back. Delivery trucks come everyday on my block.

Didn't get my product won't respond to email but was still charged

Ordered a personalised necklace and it took almost 3 weeks to arrive, longer than the 7-10 business days they said it would take. At $19.99 for a necklace made in China it is quite expensive, although the shipping was free. On the plus side, I was very impressed that they were able to include an “É” in my name on the necklace as these characters often aren’t recognised. Good quality necklace.
