My partner ordered a plain double cheeseburger meal with only cheese on the burger. He received a double cheeseburger with everything on it. This didn’t just happen once but twice. The first time he said next time I’ll put it into the comments. Next order he got he wrote the comment and still got everything on the burger.
Doesn’t sound like a bad review but when your paying for something you expect what you ask for. Clearly someone isn’t reading the comments or just doesn’t like their job

We actually really like supermacs, particularly the chicken and pizza. Unfortunately the closest one to us, just past the bishopstown/bandon roundabout, doesn't open until 1pm, and closes at about 7pm(if they aren't closed, they are out of chicken and don't have anyone to make pizza. Our lunch is 11 or 12, and we don't get dinner until after 7. So we gave up on supermacs.

Supermacs at the roundabout Portlaoise.Worse customer service in the entire country.Staff don't care igorned rude etc.Complete mayhem ,there seems to be no management free for all.Wont be back unless they get there act together

The management and staff in Shannon are fantastic very professional friendly work very Hard.When I ring in my order they know my name I avoid the busy times especially Friday evening they always say have a great evening and enjoy your meal my daughters love the Margarita Pizza and there cookies melt in your mouth they go out of there way I was there a few weeks ago and a lady had her daughter in a wheelchair she asked would they have gravy for her daughter the staff member was only to glad to help her mother was so thankful

Went to the branch in Carlow Town and they put curry sauce on my burger by mistake...I understand that mistakes happen but...curry sauce on a burger???? I was too far away to go back with it

Paid €25.00 for cold half portions. Ordered cheese garlic chips and they put a box inside a box to make the portion small. Burger was cold and dry. Never ordering agin. Rip off!!!!

Only giving 1 star because I have to absolutely terrible service,ordered for delivery last night and after waiting over 2 hours we got undercooked cold chips the regular hamburger had nothing but mayo on it no onions nothing,pizza was also cold and very overdone basically inedible shocking how they can oversee the sending out of this crap to customers where is the management in this place?its non existent avoid supermacs Nenagh at all costs

Fresh cod? I got about a Lb of batter and the equivalent of approximately 2 cheap frozen fish fingers worth of cod smothered in said batter. Over priced, awful food, terrible service. First and last time

Ordered food on supermacs app for collection in westport staff was asked was all order there as this hasnt been the first time an order has been wrong shewas extremely rude no cheese on garlic cheese chips Ordered sprite with kids meals got given coke instead staff terribly rude

The staff in Supermac’s Ennis are thick as AF. Ordered a chicken wrap with bacon cheese and sweet chilli sauce and specifically asked for no salad. And they go ahead and put salad on it. A week later asked for the same thing, got a wrap with no bacon or cheese which I asked for and guess what? They gave me salad I said I didn’t want. Not a brain between any of the staff inside that place.

Ordered for delivery, took well over an hour

Ordered using the app went to collect and they had not even started getting the order ready, server at till did not even apologise poor service

if I could give it less than 1 star I would!
after eating nice food in the Nenagh shop I asked for the disabled toilet and was told they don't have one, and all toilets are upstairs anyway! this contravenes the 2005 disability act and they should know better!!!!!

Stopped at junction 14. Chicken burger loverly. Chicken tenders loverly. Chips poor. Better chips in mc Donald’s. Asked for mayo and had to pay €1.00. This is not good after paying €20. To have to pay for mayo. Mc Donald’s is better value

We got here and ordered our food we asked for a pizza and chips and got fish and chips and when we did get our pizza it had pepperoni on it when we asked for a margarita and the box said plain cheese and tomato we also ordered a vanilla milkshake and got strawberry and the burgers we ordered we said cancel them because we got fish and chips instead and they still brought them over and then we got charged for the pizza (when we finally got it) and the burgers and the fish and chips would not go here again absolutely terrible

Just went into Supermacs in Carrickmacross, standing there for 5mins before staff even acknowledged us, then when they did they mumbled they would b with us shortly. When we got our food the diet coke was rotten it was well watered down. The toilets were clean but wudnt flush. Its just a disgrace, wudnt make u go back that's for sure
