i went into supermacs merlin park galway and asked for a small pizza , the girl siad 16 euro, which is way to much, and on different days ive got deliverys from the same place and theres someting missing, supermacs had to be the worst place to order food and price wise just as bad. im never goning to go in there again

When ordered told it would take 20 minutes
Went back and somehow the chicken was not "dropped"

Couldn't be more disappointed with the service in Supermacs, Roscommon town. Cannot remember the last time they got the order right. Nothing as frustrating to get home to see missing items or wrong orders. Long waits sometimes also for your food regardless of the size of the order. Portions gone ridiculously small too. And milkshake machine broken most of the time. Shambles of a place.

Paid for my food and then staff waited 25 minutes to inform me they didn't have what I ordered and it would be another 15. 40 minutes for fast food. In an empty resteraunt with one car in the drive through.

The worse ever! Very unpleasant ignorant staff capable to ruin your lovely Sunday!
They should be working in a shoe factory,not on the front line!

Supermacs cork road Waterford, manager on duty at 11:30am 01/03/2022 was extremely polite and friendly was able to have a right conversation and a laugh with him, definitely the store’s biggest asset. Worth missing college for!

I ordered my food and it took over an hour to come so I rang them and they said the driver was out for delivery and when he arrived he had no food with him because he “got the wrong bag” he then told me that there is a different delivery driver coming with my food but he “would get lost going to the shop” he was basically stupid and dosent know where he is going I will never ever order from here again they are so unprofessional

Supermac’s eyre square Denied use of toilet facilities as a regular paying customer staff were very rude this restaurant has gone downhill big time !! Disgusting way to treat your customers!!

Got a snack box asked for leg and wing no wings happened before. No name badges on girls that served me. Didn't think it was up to scratch. Didn't see Sarah there she is always on the ball. Disappointed 😞😞might not go back?

Eyre Sq, food was good, disgusting to see the amount of rubbish outside the restaurant and particularly outside your neighboring businesses without a bin in sight. A small bit of personal responsibility needs to be taken in this regard. Regards

Rang Eyre Square before16times and no answer.. rang today and same thing I rang 13times and he answered said they don't do delivery so was gonna order collection except he was very very angry that I was ringing and hung up on me.. wow.......

We ordered from Supermacs in Headford Road Galway, the service was very poor. Very poor customer service. The female manager was very rude. The quality of the food was not good. My fries were cold and our chicken was very old and dry.

I eat with my child today in supermacs in kells co meath, services miserable, sauce all over box, salt bags inside in my taco chips, no forks burger for kid with no sauce, no salads just bread and meat, last time in my life when we eat it in supermacs terrible place.food was no worth even 1euro.

We ordered food for delivery. 20 minutes after the delivery time still got no food. I rang and I was told my food was next to be delivered. 30 minutes pass and my food finally turned up. I was surprised to see him in a car and not crawling on his hands and knees. My curry chips were cold, soggy and falling apart. This is happening everytime I order. Sorry supermacs but you just lost a customer

I am after placing an order with Supermacs nenagh county Tipperary I’m appalled by what we got I always liked their food but when our order came coke was completely flat the chicken burger was under cooked the lettuce in the burger was gone off the chips were well under cooked and it was 20 mins late the burger buns were completely stale and all boxes were full off oil I’m disgusted with their service we paid 26 euros for food that was vile and slapped together I could of paid less to feed 3 of us with decent food it was disgusting 🤮🤮🤮

Supermac's Eyre Square is a Galway landmark but slipping in standards of late. Needs a full time manager to keep staff inline.

Just received my order for 2 kids meal for delivery, I selected a girls toy and a boys toy- after my previous experiences, I put a comment in the additional comments to remind them of the toy. No toys came, 2 upset kids, also one of the meals only had 3 nuggets

Whatever u do dont order chips and curry. Just got my order curry on about 3 chips u swear they were saving it the only nice part was the cookies

Never again will we order from Supermacs here in Sligo, Appalling slow service & the food was just slapped together. No straw provided either. Just really careless & the serving staff member was rude and disrespectful. They really did not want to be there. Poor Management of bad staff!!

Love the food in Supermacs.
But can you please please look into proper changing facilities for your customers. It's impossible to change a baby in your bathrooms (galway) in case of any emergencies.
