Great Service with delivery as outlined, a great product which not only provided great night sleeps but found it to be very comfortable to sleep on and minimising pain discomfort with regards to mattress soreness. Couldn't be happier.

Great Product so Far
While I am really enjoying the product, the delivery was extremely poor. Definitely didn't arrive as punctually as promised. I've only been using the product for a couple of weeks and am finding it very comfortable and don't feel like I am unfolding myself like a piece of cardboard when I get up in the morning if I have a sleep in on the weekend like I did before. Time will tell I suppose!

Advertised as a very high pile mattress topper the marshmallow one,,when received the 2 centre panels top to bottom quite plump, the side panel on each end top to botton fairly flat, did not look like anything on tv ad. Very dissatisfied not worth the money charged.

Doesn't live up to the advertised experience. We have a king sized bed, the 'so called' fitted sheet doesn't fit properly. it is have a king sized bed, the 'so called' fitted sheet doesn't fit right
Product does not live up to advertised experience. We have a king sized bed, the 'so called' fitted sheet does not fit correctly. It is extremely difficult to fit on. We will never buy this product again, and will inform family/friends of products shortcomings.

The only thing we were disappointed with was the slow delivery time. However, it was worth waiting for and we will eventually order another two for our spare bedrooms!
