THE PRODUCT ITSELF IS VERY SATISFACTORY AND THE MARSHMELLOW PILLOWS ARE AMAZING HOWEVER AT THE TIME OF ORDERING, I NOTED THAT IT WAS SAME DAY DISPATCH. ABOUT A WEEK LATER I RECEIVED AN EMAIL INFORMING ME THAT THE PRODUCT WOULD NOT BE DISPATCHED FOR ANOTHER 10 DAYS - VERY DISAPPOINTING !

Package delivered to wrong address by aus post, customer support advised they would confirm the error with Aus post and then contact me to resolve the issue. 3 weeks later, still no call back from customer support and I receive an email requesting feedback on the items I purchased, well all I can say is it looked good enough for me to buy but instead of the comfortable bedding I selected I got an expensive headache.

I have had a injury to my neck and…
I have had a injury to my neck and back, as I got older the pain of a night made it hard to sleep and after in bed all night my back was causing me a lot of pain .
I wouldn’t have believed it . But I sleep soundly through the night and can get out of bed pain free in the morning.Thank you so much , sleep is so important. God Bless who came up with the idea.
