not so friendly
1. online booking facility is not user friendly, hard to choose for two items. I've tried a number of times, but still in wrong size, causing one in wrong size sending to me;
2. no responding customer service when approaching to sort out the wrong size item delivery, I received no response. Problem unsolved and request is unattended.

I only just received my order a few days ago and I'll need more time to give a thorough review on my experience but so far I've had two "pretty" decent sleeps. The free pillows aren't great.
I haven't received my order yet and updates of the progress of my order haven't been emailed to me either so I have no idea where it is or how far away it will be.
