Pathetic service
Billed for 3 weeks of fibre, even though, I had not received the router. Have still not been reimbursed. Waited for 3 weeks for an upgrade with no response. Pathetic customer service and I cancelled and went back to Rain 5g (what a pleasure!). Now billed for R899 for cancelling within 12 months of the month to month contract which I have never received from supersonic!
They should be renamed Superpathetic!
They are crooks
They are crooks. From day 1 of processing the order it took over 2 weeks to receive the router. At the point of turning it on i would go on for days without connectivity, their customer service line never picks up, the whatsapp line goes unanswered. On a request for cancellation you are charged a cancellation fee plus an amount to collect their defective routers. which is either a ploy to keep clients hostage or just daylight robbery. Keep away from this scammer.

Never in my life I had this much trouble getting InTouch with a company... after reading everyone else's frustration i can now believe that tis company is a front for money laundering or something with forbidden substances... wonder if some has gone to their offices to see if there is actually a company...

Does Supersonic actually have anyone working in their technical department? No one ever answers no matter the time of day you call or however long you hold. This is one of the worst companies you can deal with. DON'T sign up with them. You will be in for nothing but a headache. They don't even deserve one star!

No internet whole day call centre you hold for over 30min with no answer, whatsapp and facebook all you get is an automated response. They the worse its ALWAYS a nightmare to get help when you have a problem I just need to know how do i cancel

No Internet all day, support is non existent. Whatsapp channels unavailable, fb gets an automated messages and calls go unanswered for hours or until it cuts. I need a better supplier
Supersonic service is really poor
Supersonic service is really poor. I have been without internet for more than 5 days (can you imagine working from home, i had to buy data every day just so i could log on and have meetings). I logged a ticket and keep calling on a daily basis, all they say is they are investigating. No one calls back, and when calling them i have to stay on the line holding for someone to answer the call, for more than 30min. This is really pathetic service. I thinking of cancelling their service.

I regret buying supersonic router i did everything online and no one got back to me , What they did is that they just gave me a router which is not registered. I've been trying to call them , sending them emails and WhatsApp but no one got back to me . They just deducted my money for nothing . I ran away from RAIN thinking that ill get a better thing but now I'm stuck with the router that was not even registered .

All that is needed from a service provider is the actual service. Continuous slow connection speeds and no resolve IF they answer the phone to rectify the connection speed. Time to move and spend money with a Internet provider that does care.
SUPERSONIC IS A SCAM!!!
The Huntsman Lifestyle Centre Balwin Properties had a fibre outage yesterday which was restored yesterday afternoon. I called Supersonic and they were unable to assist, the connection is still red, I am unable to connect. The agents can't help, there is no email to send complaint, their WhatsApp number is not working. I am working from home and this is Frustrating.
Don't go near these!
They are just like a bunch of criminals, they didn't supply me anything but deducted money for two months! When you speak with them they say we will get back to you! Thieves
Supersonic Speed to Nowhere: A Tale of Frustration
I've been trying to get my Supersonic LTE device to work for ages, but it's been a wild goose chase! Their automated messages are like a bad joke – 'Your issue is resolved!' No, it's not. 'Please try restarting your device!' Already did that... 12 times.
Visiting the MTN store was like playing a game of 'Who's Responsible?' – Supersonic says it's MTN, MTN says it's Supersonic... meanwhile, I'm just trying to get online!
If you enjoy frustration, confusion, and a healthy dose of hair-pulling, then Supersonic is the internet provider for you! But if you want actual human support and a working internet connection, keep looking.
P.S. Supersonic, if you're reading this, please send help (and a functional internet connection)!
No customer support at all
No customer support at all. It's been two weeks of trying to get through to Supersonic on whatsapp and call attempts unfortunately there's been no success whatsoever.
They take an hour to answear calls
They take an hour to answear calls, some call center agent guy is very rude. They dont have service. when you sent a text on whatsapp they can reply after 5 hours and no respond at all
