placed an order on December 12 2019. Not only was I charged more on my card then what I agreed at checkout, they wouldn’t cancel the order for me. Impossible to get any response back from owner. It’s May 20, 2020 and I still haven’t received my order and they will not get back to me. I do not recommend. SCAMMERS

Placed an order in January. Received a confirmation and tracking number and when I try to track it, it comes back with “no record”. Have emailed requesting a refund and got no response. I should have known better! Do not buy from this site!

This company is a joke! Place an order in January and still have not received my order. And it's now April! Every email i send out, I get the same response. "Shipping is taking longer expected. Thank you for your patience" Thank goodness I paid through paypal because that is the only way i got my money back! Do not buy from this company. They are comete scammers!

I ordered the Wood Seasoning Beewax × 1 on January 10th and here it is Feb 24th and I have yet to receive the item. After waiting one month I emailed the suggested email address to find out where the product was and they stated that it was lost so they shipped it out again. Did they expedite the shipment to get me the product quickly? NO. Did they refund me my money for having to waiting for such a very unexceptionable time? NO They are not worried about repeat customers or providing any type of quality customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The product is coming from CHINA and I swear it's getting shipped via walker. The person emailing me keeps saying they "hope i have a good life", I would if they would do their service as promised!!!!

I placed an order in January for 2 items. One was a ring. I message them to tell them I got the size wrong and they message me back saying they got the correct size and would be sending my order out soon. Then about a weeks later a got notification that my order was shipped. I waited 3 weeks went by nothing a month went by nothing I sent a message asking for tracking # as I had not recieved package they responded to me but with no tracking #. Said it was on its way. Now it's the end of Feb I have repeatedly sent them messages asking them about my order and not heard anything back and have asked to be refunded and that has not happened either. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are scammers and will just take your money!!!!!!!😖😖😖

I ordered and paid for some jewelry and I still have not received it. Sent email to get my money back and have heard nothing from them. It has been 6 weeks since they took my money and they have ignored my emails. I even said if I don't get my money back I'm going to report them. But still nothing. It is a scan and rip off.

Scammer!! Ordered from them on 1/1/2020 and I am still waiting for them to return message me on numerous emails I sent to them. Took my money and cannot get a response on where my order is!. Live and Learn

The shop is ignoring all mails I’ve sent them. It’s been a week since I ordered an item there. First, I wanted to cancel the order. On their website it is said I can do it within 12 hours after payment. But there is no answer from them on my request. I don’t even know if they send me my order or I just lost money. Scammers!

purchased a ring from Supertrip.shop website which is defective - there are 4 parts to the ring, but the top band 'hangs' away from the other 3 parts of the ring).

I have contacted them several times with the email provided on their website. there is no telephone listed and no mailing address. They are simply ignoring my request to send back the ring and credit my account.

Specifically states on their website that they will make every effort to make things right with a purchase. That apparently isn't true, as I have sent them several emails with no replies from them.

I would not recommend this scam company to anybody. They are somehow connected to Shopify, but I also got no where with them, either.
