Amy Armstrong was excellent
Called in 18th March to Cheltenham branch and we're greeted with a wonderful smile and words of welcome from Amy Armstrong. We told her our requirements which were a stay in a 5 star hotel with pool in Thessaloniki in June and we were easy on the length of time there. We would like a guide to accompany us to Vergina to visit the tomb of Philip II and to spend time in Thessaloniki's museums of antiquity. With just a phone call, a great can do attitude and her excellent knowledge she sorted us and said she would follow up with flight info. This she did within a a day. Since then health issues have forced us to delay the holiday but Amy's knowledge of travel in general, her enthusiasm and efficiency have meant that just as soon as we are able to pick up where we left off, we have every confidence that we will be totally looked after. We are in our 70s and are well seasoned travellers, normally making all our own arrangements. To know that we can trust an Agent to look after us so well is very comforting and will add to the enjoyment. We'd certainly recommend Kuoni and Amy.
