While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Useless waiting for pricing information

A client before me in the cue had a small article where the machine could not read the barcode. The hostess tried to call a colleague on three different numbers but could not get contact. It then went back into the shop to find a similar article. After the client had paid the hostess went back into the shop to return the article to the shelves. I had to wait 10 minutes!
I know other companies where an article which has no or a wrong barcode, is given for free and customer service is more important!!

I am disabled and turned away from disabled check out.

As a disabled person I went to the designated check out only to be told I had too many items as disabled people are allowed 10 items or you queue at the normal check out. So I could not be served. I complained the the person in charge of the check outs he totally ignored me and walked of so I followed him showing my disabled card. He told me he was not interested and to go away. He was very rude I told him I would write to the store he just said 'just go away' I was very very upset. disgusting behaviour and I am sure illegal.

I shop at SuperU Guemene Penfao quite…

I shop at SuperU Guemene Penfao quite often and normally everything runs smoothly, rarely have to wait for a till etc. But this Tuesday (27th August) left me in such a dreadful mood, I was happy that just as I'd finished shopping I walked straight to a waiting till girl. As soon as I started to empty my trolley onto the conveyor belt her colleague decided she fancied a chat with the till girl, WELL, this conversation continued until my shopping had passed through! I had no 'bonjour' , absolutely no thought of my shopping, whether or not I'm even packing it or how fast she was chucking it towards me! This was a blonde fat woman on the last till chatting non stop to a black haired woman who was supposed to be supervising the self checkout, roughly around 10.15 am. Finally she managed to tell me how much I owe and that was ALL!! Not even a 'bonne journée or at the very least an 'aure voir'! Despicable behaviour!!!
