Ordered a ladies boss watch over 2 weeks ago. Had no email no notification nothing. Emailed them they said can’t find my order. I contacted my bank got the more details they needed and still nothing. Now they saying it got delivered in January, I ordered it in February, SCAM DONT BUY

Worst customer service my watch is no longer working properly they keep asking for videos of the same thing over and over again. I no longer have use of the watch battery never lasts, it does not track workouts anymore, phone blacks out a lot. A pop up message constantly pops up asking me to reset. The 2 of the 3 buttons on the watch no longer work. The customer care does not care

The most dishonest company I have ever encountered. Bought my wife a watch from them, when we received it, the colour was not as it was on their website. Asked for an exchange or refund, took them 7 days to reply, then got told I was outside of the return/refund timeline of 7 days. Still waiting for some type of reply.

I too received a watch from them, after 2 days of use, the screen stopped responding, it won't open or display anything. Got the same response as the one above, won't refund, each time we ask for an exchange then, then they want another video of the issue, which we have submitted multiple times.

Do not trust them, they do not respond to emails within time, then tell you it is too late to refund.

Scam artists for sure. Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Nice it was lovely

Bought two pairs of their connected glasses from their website for 89€ each. (One for me, one for a friend) After a few uses on both glasses the left side broke off just from putting the glasses on. No re remboursement, they offered to send me just one other pair to replace the two broken ones... The issue here is that I don't want another one, it's cheap china made plastic that breaks. I wanted to be re rembourses but they refuse.
Just for information I am trying to include a photo but it seems like I can't.

On 17 September, I ordered a watch from Watchily South Africa as a gift for someone. It arrived on 22 September - defective, with a missing diamanté. I emailed them five minutes after opening the parcel, requesting a refund under the Consumer Protection Act (Section 56).
They confirmed twice that a refund would be issued once I returned the item. I paid for the courier myself. They received the watch. Then they reversed their promise and refused the refund.
They now have both the defective item and my money. That’s not just un3thical - it may be fr@udulent misrepresentation. I’ve filed formal complaints with the National Consumer Commission and the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, and I’m sharing this publicly to protect others.
I have a full timeline, screenshots, and a photo of the defect. If you’ve had a similar experience, please speak up. We deserve better. Businesses must be held accountable - with truth, transparency, and courage.

They absolutely don't care to even bother answering back to their clients after multiple emails.

Apparently when you walking in a shopping center, wearing your watch as a person does, and your watch
falls off because the main body where the pin of the strap just crumbles, where if you look closely it is poorly manufactured, they call it misuse.

They claim their watches are indestructible (Purchased the Pro Military Smartwatch MTPRO)

Not sure how we are supposed to wear our watches now.
