Purchased a Gladiator Pro paddleboard just under two years ago and until this last weekend had been very pleased with it. SUP inflatables were recommended to me and when I was purchasing the board found them very knowledgeable and helpful. Whilst out for a paddle at the weekend I suddenly lost the lower half of my paddle. On inspection and after speaking to several experienced paddleboarders it would seem that the glue used for the insert on the upper half of the paddle has failed. When I contacted SUP inflatables requesting a replacement I was told that this was not covered under warranty. I pointed out that this was an equipment failure (i.e paddle was NOT fit for purpose) and was told that I shouldn't be using it on 5km paddles and that I was being demanding. Strangely I was not told any of this when I purchased the board. I will be taking this up with Gladiator as this appears to be an equipment failure. I am very disappointed with the customer service and attitude of SUP inflatables especially as they were recommended.
SUP inflatables consequently lied and said that they had offered an upgrade at a discount as a goodwill gesture. In the 3 emails I received from them the word goodwill was never mentioned and there was also no mention of a discount.

In reply to SUP inflatables answer. The only time that this company mentioned the words "goodwill" and discounted upgrade was in their reply to my poor google review of their customer service. Even now they insist in talking about warranty and clearly fail to realise that this is something a company offers but in actual terms means nothing. The item I purchased was NOT fit for purpose and under the Consumer rights Act 2015 I requested a replacement and I offered to return the failed paddle for their inspection. This company shows no understanding of this act and has been defensive from the start. Let me be absolutely clear, at no time did they offer any discount or goodwill and I have all the emails from SUP inflatables to prove this. They LIED on their reply to my Google review and again here when they claimed to do this. After their refusal to even inspect the failed paddle and just constantly stating the item only has a one year warranty I informed them that I would contact Gladiator direct and leave an appropriate poor review. This was not a threat this was a statement of the actions I would carry out. This is a cut and paste from my email "I do not feel that the paddle that came with the board is fit for purpose. A fellow paddle whose paddle I took a pic of has had her board and paddle for over 4 years without issue
As you clearly have no interest in replacing and item that clearly has a defect I will contact Gladiator direct and leave a relevant poor review.
You have lost a customer and I will be withdrawing all my recommendations."
SUP inflatables clearly sent Gladiator and email about their "difficult" customer as the reply I received from Gladiator contained threats and information only SUP inflatables could have given them.
My initial experience with SUP inflatables was fantastic and I recommended them to a number of people looking to purchase a paddle board. Since their awful customer service and failure to follow UK law on top of stating falsehoods on their reply, I will no longer recommend them and let people know of the very bad experience that I have had

In reply to SUP inflatables, you can clearly see that they show NO interest in their customers statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Yet they claim "We’re a small, hardworking team who care deeply about our customers and our products. We take pride in treating people fairly"

I first encountered SUP inflatables in 2019 when looking for my first paddle board. They gave some great advice over email, and offered a phone call to discuss further. It's now 2025, the board I was sold is exactly what I needed. I was now looking for a paddle board for my daughter, I went straight back to these guys. Ordered it Monday hoping to have it before the bank holiday weekend, I was using it Wednesday afternoon, couldn't be more pleased with the entire process

Outstanding customer support from Emma following some difficulties I had with a replacement fin. Nothing to do with the product; all to do with the board and my inexperience. Many other companies wouldn’t engage if the product was fine. SUPInflatables did and it made all the difference. Would highly recommend based on this experience. Thank you!!

A great product and great service. The customer service was absolutely amazing, they really went above and beyond to offer a personal touch and to make sure everything was perfect.

Was looking for a touring board to compliment my race board for longer trips, chilled paddling and taking abroad. Settled on a gladiator 14T which is a fantastic board and has been loved all over the UK and Mauritius.
Rarely do you find retailers who not only strive too get people on the correct gear but also know what they're talking about. If you are reading this, and are looking to buy an Isup. Buy from SUP inflatables. They will look after you like they did me. If they sold composite boards I'd buy race boards from them also.

Emma and Gary were very helpful, informative and very knowledgeable. They opened for me on their day off. Couldn’t fault them. If you need a board or clothing you must first contact supinflatables.

I'm a beginner and messaged SUP Inflatables on whatsapp with some questions about choosing a board. They replied and arranged to speak on the phone later that day (a Sunday) and gave good advice without being pushy. Ordered my board from them and it arrived the next day. Had a problem with inflation (due to my own lack of knowledge!) so sent them a WhatsApp because it was before opening hours
Emma rang me back immediately from the car on her way to work with advice on where I was going wrong (which had potential safety issues). The customer service has been amazing, they're so responsive. Highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling with too many options or conflicting advice online, like I was. They also have a range of finance options that were very easy to arrange and seem to only stock good quality brands. They've clearly tried out most of the products they sell personally - o really valued their comments in the descriptions of some of the products like PFDs where they gave impartial advice about which products they had found worked best and why. I never leave reviews but really felt compelled to in this case. Everything a business should be!

I actually bought a SUP from these almost a year ago now, but what a service! Excellent quality product, staff always available on what’s app for any advice/queries I’ve had and I got a years warranty with my board and paddle which gave complete peace of mind. Customer service is amazing.. happy to go above and beyond for a great experience!!

I would definitely recommend Supinflatables. They always provide superb service, have excellent knowledge and support and easily contactable. I had an issue with the hose on my electric pump, got in touch with them trying to buy a replacement and they sent me one for free with advice on use. I can't recommend enough will always use them. Thanks

I called up SUP Inflatables to check on a pre-order. Emma was immensely helpful. She asked some questions about how I would be using a board and offered some suggestions that would suit me better, some less expensive than what I had already pre-ordered. She cancelled my pre-order when I asked and very kindly offered to answer further questions if I had them. I haven't yet ordered a board but will definitely be returning to SUP Inflatables when I do.

I don't normally write reviews but these guys deserve a mention. They [patiently] explained the difference between boards and helped me choose one that's going to hold my weight (I'm 6'4" and a big lad). Bit gutted that there's been a run on stock because of COVID but I've got it on order with no deposit and due September, so they've done their best. All round great, knowledgeable service to date, thanks!

What fantastic team! Spoke to Emma and Gary from SUP inflatables and even though the world has gone mad for Paddleboarding and there seems to be no boards left in the UK, they found me a board. I really wanted a Red Paddle Co 10’6 SUP but red are out of stock with all the retailers but I wanted a board now. Emma helped me choose a JP Australia 10’6, explained the differences, so I new what was getting and I’m now looking forward to getting on my lovely new board as it arrived the next day. 😊

I realise a lot of the other reviews are quite old now, and can’t comment what the service was like in those days, but to provide a more up to date / balanced view then my experience was completely different to some of the other reviewers. I’ve used supinflatables a couple of times for accessories / clothes and had prompt delivery, items as promised, no problems. This week I wanted to upgrade my board so rang for advice. I was very impressed by the knowledge and service I got. Also Gary was patient to talk me through all the various boards I was considering (there was a bit of a list!!!) explaining pros cons. My lovely new board arrived today as promised in a 1 hour delivery window. Very happy customer. They will be my first choice from now on and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Poor service. Bought a RRD Carbon 50 3pc Paddle free ride on offer with 30% discount (£126) after looking through their website. Item was listed as a 2016 paddle when in fact it's a 2014 model (year 20) according to RRD manufacturers website. Website clearly says free worldwide delivery on orders over £100 as their header on webpage. Last time I checked Australia is still part of the world. Was then emailed asking to cover postage costs with email ending "what's your thoughts?" responded politely detailing my thoughts. None of my points were considered, or explained just an apology and a swift refund. Nice to get a refund. Not nice that I wasted time and missed the opportunity to buy a paddle during Black Friday discounted period from a reputable dealer. I personally wouldn't deal with this company through their website on higher priced items or my next sup upgrade as their information seemed misleading and incorrect and clearly they're too busy or not too bothered with customer satisfaction on web orders.

Interested in buying SUP boards on finance, we researched the Internet and came across Sup Inflatables. They offered the best deal, and so we placed an order.
Gary got back to me the very same day, and was really helpful. He discussed all the finance options with me, and did all he could to get me the best deal. We now have 2 Sup's on the way, and I couldn't be happier with his customer service. Thanks Gary! Dai.

We just purchased 2 inflatables SUP boards from www. supinflatables.co.uk. Before the purchase we corresponded with Gary who gave us quick and useful answers.
We completed the order on the evening of March the 1’st. The boards were shipped the following day and received here in Denmark Saturday the 5’th.
I have no doubt that any necessary support in the future will be dealt with in the same professional manner – superb.

Follow up:
I highly recommend ISUPs from Red Paddle Co - very good quality.
However, I strongly recommend to stay away from the Bravo Electric SUP pump. Mine broke down after 12 months and 3 weeks - on average used twice a month. That's just not good enough!!

Attempted to purchase sale item 9’2” Surf Star Red iSUP for advertised £399 and free international delivery. Gary was quick to process my order however I was told that supinflatables.co.uk was unable to deliver the product free to Australia where I live as advertised. They would make a loss from the delivery cost. Hence he cancelled and refunded my order. The site has falsely advertised free delivery internationally. It should be written clearly that this promise does not apply to certain purchases where the cost of the delivery is to high to sustain a business model. It is a shame that supinflatables.co.uk did not live up to their promise on my attempted purchase. A good honest business would have honored the purchase, took the loss and ensure that future mistakes like this would not occur. Cannot recommend this site to anyone especially non UK customers.

Quite possibly the most pleasant, friendly and individual customer service I have came across in a long time. Prices are also competitive and their website/stock information all seems current. Highly recommended as your destination for all things SUP. They also appear to have sister sites for water sports and clothing, etc.
