I had an issue with a bugged gunfight…

I had an issue with a bugged gunfight tournament reward, not being awarded. The entire support conversation happened via email and it took a little over 2 weeks with multiple agents responding (everytime I would respond back, it seemed a new agent would appear and take over the case --- very strange). Anyways in the end I was told multiple conflicting stories (maybe because there were at least 6 agents dealing with this issue?) and finally the last agent just said there was nothing they could do about resolving my issue. Horrible support and a waste of time. If they had just come out and said that in the beginning, it would have sucked but at least I wouldn't have waited around 2 weeks looking for a fix.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever! I stopped playing COD for a few weeks due to a broken arm, went back to it and all my Stats were reset. Contacted customer support waited days for replies, then the last reply was I will pass it on to the relevant team to action, not sure how long this will take. I was thinking hours, maybe a day. 1.5 months later and still no reply. There is no option to reply to them unless they are asking you a question. You can only have 1 ticket open at a time, so therefore you have to close the previous ticket to then ask them what the hell is happening. How can they lose customer account data, and not be able to restore it?? Absolute joke, time to move back to Battlefield.

Account Hacked

Like most other comments, my account was hacked, the email was changed and 2FA has been setup by the hacker so I have no way to gain access. Support is shocking and I'm getting no response to any of my tickets!

Customer support is non existent…

My Activision account was hacked. My XBL account was unlinked for the hackers XBL account along with their PS account. I still have the account but when I try to unlink the hacker I’m told I have to wait 12 months to do it manually. It would take 30 seconds of customer service to solve this issue but it’s impossible to get customer service. I have seen people in the reviews call Activision a scam and they’re right. For how successful their games are there is no excuse for there to be no customer service. I lost 1200+ hours of gameplay and plenty of $ put into my account. The company caters to hackers in game and out. I could go on and on but I’d be here all day. They’re the worst gaming company I have ever dealt with easily. I opened a case with the BBB over it as a last hope.

Do NOT support/ buy/play anything from Activision.

Activision has deceived Millions of customers if not more, from which 1 was me, after getting in touch with customer service to notify them about a possible mistake and asking to do the right things and update the packs which WE , aka YOU paid for ,
ACTIVISION SUPPORT ENDED THE CHAT !!!
just to confirm- this has indeed happened multiple times... also have proof if Activision tries to deny that.

Took my money and gave me nothing

I purchased cod points that I have never received. I have raised two support tickets and no response after two weeks. How is it acceptable for a company making billions of revenue per year from a franchise to then take your money and not provide your goods. It is disgraceful.

The response I received from Activision…

The response I received from Activision support was an utter joke. I requested information on updates files (which were necessary and which weren't) when downloading the MASSIVE file for modern warfare which forces you to download warzone. I have 60mbs download speed on my internet and it would have taken me 9 days non stop to download the full file including all of the extra packs you have to download once you've actually booted up the game.

Obviously this is disgusting and expecting people to download over 220gbs worth of data only to play multiplayer is unacceptable.

The response I got from Activision did not answer my question at all. They replied with a cut and paste page or content and upcoming fixes! Not only that but they closed the ticket as resolved and did not ask for any form of feedback. It took 4 days for a response only for it to have nothing to do with my issue.

I wouldn't even rate them a star if possible there service is not fit for purpose.

My account was hacked

My account was hacked, and they have made it completely impossible to get support from them. They write on their support section, that to be able to get support, you need to create a new account. To create a new account, you need to have a twitter account to link, and a twich account and a steam account, and a mobile phone number. This is the most ret4rded idiotic thing i have ever been put throug. I have decided to just accept that my account is now lost, cause i dont have four hours to go through all your ret4rded crap. Stupid F#¤¤% ret#&% morons. This will defenitely be the last time i have anything to do with Activision.

The account security is the worst i have ever seen, you can change email adress and password without any type of identity verification.

Customer support is like a scam call center

I lost my Activision acct. and since then, I have received four emails stating that they need more time. It's been over 20 days and this season will end before I earn tier 100 on the battle pass. I'm sure in their minds, I could just buy the tiers. Worst support ever!

Worst Support ever.

Support non existent

Support non existent! I have a game that keeps crashing. I keep getting told it is my internet when it so clearly is not. Support chat cuts you off constantly and the wait can be up to an hour (even to reconnect)!
Steer well clear of them, they are bad news
