The worst company for customer service known to mankind. No way of speaking to someone. Emails and other correspondence gets left in the air with no acknowledgment. Accounts get compromised and they have no sympathy when it comes to resolving it. Money, time and effort have been wasted with no resolution.

My experience was very good.
My son’s activision account was hacked and Mark Robinson and Bryan C. have been very helpful.The only downside is the waiting time but I suggest you check the times their offices are open and contact them immediately.

Let's start from a basic concept: customer support, it's 2021 and no company can survive without customer service.
It's just a fact, you are selling a product and you must give support to the people buying it. BUT, you can't contact Activision and get an actual feedback/answer from them for NOTHING, from the smaller issue to the bigger one they are just non existent and you as a customer are left alone with your problem.
Second reason for my 0 STARS review is how they are handling rampant hacking on MODERN WARFARE 2 and in WARZONE in particular: hacks have been used almost from day 0, did Activision take actions of any kind to fight hackers?
Answer is: NO, ZERO (as the stars), nothing has been implemented to (really) get rid of people hacking or the companies selling hacks.
They have money to do it tho, we the customers gave them. They have lots of it. Consider they would release a whole new game (COLD WAR) with unbalanced and overpowered weapon fully usable in WARZONE, Activision didn't balance the weapons for 3 months so that people could "pay to win": you need the actual game COLD WAR to level up these weapons fast.
Most of the attachments of cold war weapons are still broken after 4 months from launch, this should already tell you about a company fairness and mentality towards the public.
So they just don't care that all players are experiencing unfair gameplay against hackers (they are in every lobby) and an unpleasant game experience in general, with exploits that keeps gettin exploited even if they were "fixed" months ago.
As a customer you give them your money and your trust, they couldn't care less about the latter.
I hope their behavior will be exposed more and more until every savy costumer will avoid this unfair and greedy company.

Completely absent support
Completely absent support. Non existent. They wont ever get back to you. Its like complaining to an empty chair in your kitchen. No valid email, number, support site, social media, or even chat system. I purchased Cold War and it just wont connect to servers at all and i cant get absolutely any support or feedback of any kind from these clowns. All you can do is send a complaint on activisions site and never hear anything about it again. So i guess i am out $60. What a joke.
Zero customer support, zero effort, shameful service.
No support whatsoever if you have an issue and customer service completely inaccessible. What a scheming company. And to top it off, their games have SO many unresolved glitches. Sort it out, Activision. Disgrace.

Support chat is completely inaccessible, just gets stuck on a loading screen. There is no phone number or e-mail address to contact. Tried contacting them on Facebook and Twitter multiple times for weeks and received one response asking for more info. Provided info and screenshots as requested and had no more replies for days since. This is to do with an issue where i've given them my money and not received the product I was paying for, all in all this is a pretty appalling level of support given just how large and wealthy a corporation like Activision-Blizzard are, they can definitely afford to hire more support staff.

It never works. Chat is always "busy". When it works, it breaks without even starting a conversation as it won't load the chat window. Frustrating. Was trying to reach them for 4 (FOUR!) months with zero response. It's sad to see names like this ignoring their community. And the community is definitely disappointed.

I have tried to get in contact with the support team about unlinking my call of duty account from my battle.net account. It has now been 24 hours since I first started trying and every time i get into a live chat I get to first in the queue and get cut off. I have made multiple help tickets too and it seems they have been ignored too. If you ever have a problem with any activivision games, good luck getting help. Customer service is rubbish
