i should have known/guessed that the updating of the Google Chrome Browser was linked to the Windows company , Windows sucks at customer service and always wants money for every little issue you call them about , ( make Google Chrome Browser Updates available to all devices regardless of verson of Windows (not alowing the Browser update is money scam from Windows) ) , , , i do believe Windows is a Bill Gates company , well that says it all , with any luck Donald Trump , Q-Team , White-Hats , Military will get their hands on Gates and he will get what is coming to him some day (didn't Gates go to Epstein island ? , multiple times ? ) , , , lets go DONALD TRUMP 👍 👍 👍 🙂

Absolutely useless!

Absolutely useless!! Been trying to sort my nest thermostat for months. Whenever you call you get through to a call centre, often with people that either don’t understand English properly or just don’t know how to communicate - it’s the most frustrating conversation. Also, I’ve called about 5 times to sort the same issue and every time I call, the new person doesn’t know anything the last person said so I have to do all the things I did last time (following the standard script). I think I will be switching to hive thermostats in the future. Thankfully my family and I don’t have any other google products.

Absolute no help. Time waste

I bought a 25€ giftcard and redeemed it. When i try to make a purchase i get an error and that's why i contacted google support. It took me 2 weeks, hours of chatting just for them to tell me that their "experts" detected inconsistencies on my account and can't help me. I bought it at a local store like i always do, there's nothing inconsistent. ABSOLUTE joke of a company. They did not even listen to me in support, i had to repeat myself multiple times and the emails i received back from the "specialists" we're about redeeming my giftcard whilst that's not my problem, my problem lays in using my play balance. I've never had a worse support experience than this.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Horrendous customer service. They can't speak or understand English and when they do, they refuse to resolve the issue. They will tell you that you can't escalate the complaint and that will be end of story. Honestly they should be slapped with massive fines.

Joke of a Company, been ignoring me for weeks.

Taken over two months to try and verify our business page. We have submitted 2 videos, utility bills, proof of ownership, and taken part in a video call in which we were told we were being approved.
Then we had to make changes to the hours as they were not happy with the service hours, and now we're being told we need to supply all of the documents again to be reconsidered. I have emailed 6 days in a row and am being ignored at every turn, when asking to raise a formal complaint.
The service is absolutely pathetic, all we want is to verify our page so we can have our hard-earned reviews public to continue our growth, but Google Support can't pull themselves together to do their job and SUPPORT us through the process. Never been treated so poorly by such a big company, it's absolutely pathetic and for something so basic I cannot believe it's been so complicated and frustrating. Will continue to request complaints to be raised and pray that someone works out how to actually do their job there and respond to an email.

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service, they spendt weeks sending me in circles over my purchase of a google code online that i couldnt redeem before making a vague claim of possible fraud as a reason they couldnt help and ending the stretch of emails.

turns out one of their higher ups reviewing this decided there was "inconsistencies" with my account, completely blocking any purchases or codes being redeemed on my account permenantly without even bothering to contact me and try and rectify any inconsistencies.

I only found out upon trying to redeem a new code this was the case, as the person on support quickly dropped this information onto me before blocking my ability to respond or answer my question of what was supposedly "inconsistent"

As it stands i have £100 in google codes i am blocked from redeeming on my whole device, i cant even redeem to a secondary account due to this higher up blocking me completely from essentislly using my account

I have tried to recover my Google…

I have tried to recover my Google accounts from old phone for over a year. I really just want my pics. which are mostly of my grandkids. I lost my game which was at a high level, some apps I really needed, my play points, and I'm sure more. Many hours and many days spent trying to get these back and the reason why they blocked me was because my old phone crashed and I couldn't get verification emails or codes from them because my phone was junk which i told them every time I tried. So worthless and disgusting trying to do anything with them. So much of my time wasted and what the hell; who else wants my pics., etc. Nobody.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. TWICE I returned a phone for replacement. TWICE they claimed they could not find it. The standard response is that they will get back to you in 24-48 hours. They never do. There is no escalation. Nothing. They simply do not care about customer satisfaction. Half the representatives cannot speak or understand English, and the other half have no idea how to understand and resolve problems. A clueless wreck. Google hardware is terrible and doesn't work. Just use Amazon.

I had to threaten legal action to…

I had to threaten legal action to receive the response and resolution I was entitled to. Took weeks (and hours at a time of utter disbelief and frustration) to sort through, and should not have been my job.
As soon as I can I will be switching to Apple.

Useless

I've spent 30 minutes in chat trying to update the email address I use for Google Play Books, only to go through a lengthy process. After 20 minutes, I was informed that a specialist would now assess my eligibility for the transfer—something that should have been done right from the start. To add to the frustration, I was then told it would take 24-48 hours to get a response. Unprofessional, disappointing, and utterly unhelpful!

Worst decison to buy google product

I bought, google pixel watch 2, my worst decision ever. This watch as well google support doesn't even deserve a 1-star rating. I bought the Google Pixel Watch 2 on August 11, 2024, through Flipkart since that's how they sell it in India. On the very same day, I reported that the watch was riddled with bugs to both Flipkart and Google. Flipkart immediately washed their hands of the issue, telling me to deal with Google directly, claiming it's their problem for any replacement or refund. Since then, I've been chasing Google support for almost three months. They have been completely unresponsive, irresponsible, and utterly uncooperative. No replacement, no refund, not even a proper reply to my emails. When I call, they just tell me to wait 24-48 hours for an update, but nothing ever happens. This is beyond frustrating.

What help?

What help? I was hung up on. Told to give a screenshot of something which doesn't allow screenshots as it is banking information. The woman was working from home and I couldn't hear her over her screaming children and their TV. Absolutely ridiculous. I plan on uninstalling my Google wallet and use my Samsung app. Absolutely horrible customer service.

The best way to be scammed

Google wallet is the simplest and fastest way to be scammed.
My Revolut account was emptied via the Google wallet without any security check by someone I don't know in a country I never went. But that's absolutely normal...
Nevert trust neither use this app !
