This is my second time ordering from suppz. First time everything went as expected, great prices and selection. This time around I made a mistake with my order and customer service helped me fix it immediately, these guys are my go to for getting good deals on supplements.

Never had a better experience with a supplement company ever. Always got my orders correct and quick. 1 time they showed an item in stock and the same day they emailed me to inform me it was not.
Offered a substitute, refund or an option to wait a week or so for it to come in. I decided to wait and they shipped my other stuff right away. Week later got my backorder.
Horrible Service and Constant Lies
Placed an Order with Suppz on September 7, contacted them the following week as my order hadn’t shipped out yet. Was told that half my order was not in stock yet which was kind of annoying that the site claimed it was in stock but whatever. They offered to send the rest of my order and drop ship the rest from their supplier which they quickly changed to “oh it will be in stock in the next 2 days and we will ship it out together”. Finally I had a shipping date..... or so I thought. Followed up the following week as it still had not shipped was responded with almost the exact same response.... not in stock yet..... will ship half and drop ship the rest..... blah blah. Once again I agreed to these terms only to have them come back and say “ Oh you’re in Canada? Yeah we can’t eat $9 in shipping.... you can cancel half your order or just wait for it to come back in stock I a day or 2....” fine I’ll wait I mean my order from Samedaysupplements that I ordered a week later is almost here already anyways. So another week goes by my order from their competition has already arrived and still my Suppz order hasn’t shipped and no word from them, I mean why would they it’s not like they’ve contacted me once without me messaging them first and why would they, they’ve only gone back on their word like 3 times now...... horrible service, no concern for Canadian customers, and repeated broken promises...... I will not be a returning customer obviously!!! Btw it has been a solid 2 weeks now and still no shipment sent

Ordered buk protein from this company. I've used them before a few times in the past so I was a returning customer. The site said the protein was in stock and I was starting a fast the following week and needed this protein to get me through. Shipping was 2 days. 3 weeks later, still no protein in the mail. I finally called them and they basically said sorry about my luck and that it should be there any day now. When it finally arrived, one of the 10 pound bags was busted and protein everywhere.

I bulk ordered some pre-workout from these guys and one of the containers came with part of the seal open. I sent them an email with a picture attached and they apologized and sent another can to replace it. I will definitely order from these guys again.
I wish more companies understood that customer service is what wins repeat customers.

I had an issue with an order I placed 7 days ago. As of today they still have not shipped or even fill the orders at the warehouse. Tried contacting suppz through the 1-800 number with it going just to voicemail. Finally I sent them an email within 10 minutes they responded with an apology. They also upgraded my order to the gold standard whey product. I've ordered from them in the past and never had a problem I think this was just a little blip keep up the good work suppz and if I was anyone thinking about using this company I would recommend them to you

Ordered a product advertised as 63 servings, received, product that contained 25 servings. was told I received what I paid for, they claim it was an honest mistake. Was actually bait and switch. Don't order from this company unless you are looking to get ripped off. Extremely shady company to deal with.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, took a month for international shipping, when the package finally got here one item was missing ($50 value) I contacted support via a email and received a very rude response and was basically called a liar. My follow up email was ignored. If you value your money and sanity shop elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. They have the slowest shipping out of any other website. Most companies ship out my order the same day or the day after I place my order. With this company they take about 7 days and in the past I had to wait 2-3 weeks to receive my order

Lumpy n unusable a waste of money
The product was horrible! It came lumpy and came in big chunks, obviously the product was old or something I don’t know what’s going on I feel like I lost 40$, I wasn’t going to o a review but I was asked so I answered. I will not use the company on my supplements again.
