Took a week to get in touch with someone. Nobody returned my calls. Did not get my order and the response was to talk to USPS...yeah just want I want to do...spend four hours on hold with them. Was the first and will be the last time I order from here.

Suppz was a good company with fast shipping.
Something went wrong around october 2017.
Since then I made three purchases (I think I must be stupid), first one at 12/3/17 second at 1/7/18 third at 2/28/18.

First and second purchases LEFT THEIR FACILITY, after a lot (and I really mean a lot) of emails and facebook bashing, at 2/2/18 - meaning 2 months only for items to leave suppz. They replied saying they contacted me about missing items, with obviously was not true.

My third order, #100255326, was both made and payed in full at 2/28/18.
Today it is celebrating one month of "PROCESSING" state. In the meantime I sent a few emails and contacts through the contact form, all with no success.

Company doesn't care about their customers, hey, I buy around U$400 a month and they don't care about me, imagine someone buying a single U$20 item.

I wonder why they went from being such a good company to this chaos they are at now.

I learned my lesson, will never again buy from them.

Best price online, super fast service, gotta love this site.

After I placed my order it told me it shipped on a Friday and I would have it in 1-2 days, after 4 business days I emailed and was then told that the product I ordered was on back order but I would have it the next day..I’m slightly confused why I wasn’t told it was back ordered right away. I did recieve the next day though.

I am a regular customer and I am very happy with our service and customer service my only complaint is here lately they're shipping company speedy delivery has been taking longer to get my product here instead of the two days they take in some cases almost a week
