I must have months and months ago applied for a loan and must have given my bank details to this Sure Credit or whoever not knowing I was signing up for anything and now out of the blue months and months later they have taken £19.99 out of my bank. Went on they're live chat and it's just an automated robot telling me to ring a number that doesn't work..cheeky criminal . I'm demanding a refund asap

Inputted details for a loan, was sent to sure credit, put my card details in and they signed me up for a subscription I didn’t know I was signing up for and did not want. Emailed them and have only had an automated response. They have taken £19.99 from me that was my fuel money for the week. I wonder how many other people this has happened to!! Steer clear! 😡
