Very unhappy with this Sure Credit. They won't stop taking £19.99 from my account. I have cancelled so many times. I think I'm going to order a new bank card now. Which is a hassle. I don't know where they are getting details from. I don't want to use this service at all. I must of initially signed something and as usual in the small print. But I asked to cancel so many times. Thus information is misleading and is always in the small print

Data Breach Scare
Proper freaked out when SureCredit said me details were on the dark web. They helped me sort it out sharpish. Changed all me passwords and got extra security sorted. Can't thank them enough for the heads up-could've been a right mess.

Be very wary, they have been taking payments of £19.99 from my partners account
3 times this month it’s happened and they still continue to take money yet my partner has never used there services before.

Got knocked back for a loan. Didn't clock it wasn't a loan to start with, silly me. Wan't expecting much but the service was alight in the end. Could've been worse.

Absolutely one of the biggest scams around. I didn’t even sign up for this so called service, but that didn’t stop them taking two separate payments of £20. Customer service is shocking and I struggled to understand half of what they said. Been told I will receive a refund but if not I will be reporting to my bank as fraud. Stay well clear guys!!!

Was told it would be a great app to build up credit score. Had nothing but trouble from day one.
Cancelled after 2 days.
But according to them no cancellation was found. Took money out my account and refuse to do refund.
Complaints go nowhere and telephone number does not work. Online chat is useless. Don’t do it
