Impossible to reach customer service…
Impossible to reach customer service for anything. If there was zero stars, I would have given it. After hours on hold, even when you reach someone they still can’t help you. They make excuses that it’s the end of the month, not my problem. They are real good at selling you the service on the front end, but then there’s no help after the sale.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Would not recommend. Their process is buggy, and customer service unhelpful. We used them about 3 months and switched back to the previous provider. None of the payroll providers are great, but this was an absolutely awful experience all around.

Would not recommend this service at all…
Would not recommend this service at all unless you get them at the start of your calendar year. They filed federal tax paperwork incorrectly which required a ton of work and corrections on our end. WAY too much trouble and one of the payrolls we processed didn't "go through". Just a nightmare. 6 months and we are DONE.

It's so frustrating and time consuming when you cannot just call up and talk to a person. I understand the need to switch to ai and automated systems but dealing with chat when it's time sensitive situation is extremely frustrating.
