Put an order through but not sure it did go though so contacted customer service last month still no reply to the email sent. Since I posted on trust pilot I have since had a response, seems email was blocked and it was missed so coms break down. I have now had a response so have re rated my experience.

I rarely leave reviews, but this company deserves one. My plates arrived chipped, so I emailed them, and within 24 hours they sent flawless replacements - free of charge. Efficient, kind, and very reasonably priced.

Speedy delivery and quality, with a range of fittings. Add a simple ordering service and that's ***** from me.

Fantastic service from this company - the website is easy to navigate and the prices for replacement plates are very competitive.

I had to make contact as although I got confirmation of my order, there were no instructions on providing proof of ID/address - my email was responded to really quickly by Jesse who gave me all the information and confirmed my order was underway. I then received tracking information the same day and the new plate was delivered yesterday.

Update: The company reached out shortly after my initial review to explain that a technical DNS issue had caused the communication delay. They provided tracking information immediately and, to my surprise, issued a full refund as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.
The plates have now been received and the quality is excellent. I’m very impressed with how professionally George handled this situation. While the start was a bit rocky due to the technical glitch, their response was top-notch. I would now highly recommend them.

Initially had some problems. Ordered over Christmas and didn't get any confirmation emails. I tried contacting through the website and got no response which worried me. I then emailed direct and Jesse responded really quickly - I assume there was glitch on the system that meant things weren't going through. Plates sent out and arrived the next working day after making contact. Jesse kept in contact to make sure I had tracking information etc. Amazing service from Jesse. Plates are of a high quality and look great. Very happy after initially being worried. High recommend.

Decided to brush off a plate held on retention and placed order with SurePlates. Minor glitch with receiving a confirmation email but was able to track the expeditious production status and Jesse responded promptly to my query on date of order. Took a few days for the delivery despite opting for 1st class tracked but RM likely swamped with the run up to Christmas. Nevertheless, was delighted with the quality of the 4D gel plates when they did arrive, very well packaged and impressively with a lifetime guarantee! Clear website, professional service, highly recommend.

Honestly just amazing! I ordered some plates around 10 months ago and they are still perfect. Since then I’ve ordered another pair of plates for a different car and I can say that my new plates look amazing as well. So easy to order and visualise the number plate before buying using the website. Highly recommend

Ordered plates , and fast track delivery , due to royal mail messing up my plates hadn't arrived in 3 days , contacted sureplates and they apologised and reimbursed my delivery charge . Even though it was a royal mail mess up !!!!! Outstanding service and plates arrived later that day . Quality of the plates is superb and the free screws and stickers to fix to the car is definitely a nice touch.100% recommend this fantastic company ... well done ...
