When creating content it guides you exactly on what you need to write, keyword density, allows you to identify with which other website you are trying to rank. Once after a couple of months, top 3, you start seeing how organic traffic grows. Besides they have an onboarding support that makes very easy to users understand how system works.

Thanks to SurferSeo's tips on my blog posts , I managed to rise from places 50-60 to 1-3 on Google

Nice tool. It sure gives helpful indicators, but it is kind of pricey.

After using SurferSEO for the last couple of years to help my VAs, I've made the decision to discontinue using the platform. The lack of flexibility and the high cost do not justify the benefits in my opinion. We will now explore alternative SEO tools that offer more reasonable pricing structures and user policies that don't penalize you for not using all allocated resources within a rigid timeframe.

To those considering SurferSEO, I'd recommend carefully evaluating your needs and comparing other options in the market that might offer more value and flexibility.

It's a good tool, but it's way too expensive for a small company owner that wants to use it on a part-time basis. it doesn't offer an affordable alternative for this type of customer that wants to use it 3-4 times a month.

We have been using SurferSEO for 2 years now and it is an invaluable tool in our content creation process. The tool has been improved during the time we have been using it. One important thing to mention is that when they released a new price structure they offered us, and all existing customers, to stay on the legacy version with all the advantages it had compared to the new price structure - this benefitted loyal customers and was a great move. We have been in contact with support several times with questions etc. In our case, everything is handled within the same day or in 24 hours. In short, I can recommend SurferSEO to all agencies or entities working seriously with content online. I have not been prompted to write this review I just honestly think that they have a great product :)

I've been using Surfer pretty much since it first came around, and although the platform has massively surged in popularity and its user base is likely through the roof, I've always had a great experience with the customer support team. They're prompt to respond and always genuinely helpful. My most recent experience was an issue with long, image-heavy articles lagging to the point where my entire screen would freeze and it was very difficult to make edits. After speaking to customer support, a few weeks later, the issue has been almost completely resolved. This probably took a lot of testing and amendments to the platform itself and I'm pleased that the team actually takes customer complaints on board and works to improve the overall experience.

The tool provides incorrect keyword search data.
Instead of 1M searches, it shows 3600. Compared with several competitors - they all show the same data.
SEO is based largely on competitive analysis. Which consists of complexity and number of requests. If the number of requests is incorrect, then the tool is useless and even harmful to SEO.

Also, bad support that calls it "slightly outdated" and writes other boilerplate excuses.

Normally, it would take a while for our blog posts to get indexed and if ever they do get on Google, they appear beyond page 10! But this changed when we started using SurferSEO. Our blog posts began to rank somewhere between pages 1 to 3—and as the team lead, I'm so happy to see the results. It motivates my team to keep going!

Basic tool for absolute beginners only. I would say if you want to learn how to "optimise a page" by calculating words then go for it but there are no real insights and the tools was particularly poor for Spanish.

I am just an amateur blogger putting out the odd post here and there and using SEO that am familiar with. Many of my blog posts get to page 3 or 4 on Google but not much further for key terms that I would like to rank for.

I have used Surferseo for 4 weeks now. In that time I've written 3 posts on my blog using Surferseo for keyword research and competitor analysis. Within 5 days the posts appeared on page 2 of Google for the search terms and with some tweaking and more time, I think I could get them on page 1.

I used the software also to tweak an existing post and that too benefited - moving up 6 or 7 spots and making it on to page 1.

In terms of writing blog posts, the content creator feature has made it really easy to incorporate words and phrases that will help the post rank. I have really enjoyed using it to create new content - although I haven't used it nearly enough as life gets in the way.

I have also contacted customer service once and they were really quick to respond and were very professional.

They offer a free trial of 1 week, and will increase that to one month if you meet the criteria.
I sat on the fence for a few moths trying to decide whether to use the software - I'm glad I signed up.

I Love using Surfer Because it allows me to do on-page Optimization in a very effective way and also rank my content on Google when using the Content Editing Tool. They understand all aspects of SEO and optimize content according to it... It has quickly become essential in our SEO Core Work Easysight.
