Useless AI. Paid for 30 Credits and AI doesn't work even if you wait for 1 hour. The article is not coming as output. Had a chat with the support. They said can't refund. Lost my valuable time, money, and energy.

Been using Surfer since 2021, and I love how Surfer brings together keyword research, SERP analysis, and competitor research and presents them in an intuitive manner inside the content editor. This makes it accessible and easy to use for beginners while still with robust enough features for experts.

Their customer support is also some of the best in class, and they provide some really helpful resources, a certification, and a marketplace for writers to find clients.

However, said Content Editor and Audit features require credits, which cannot be rolled over and expire on the next billing. Their newly introduced AI editor is also quite pricey.
