Have been meaning to write this for months as I owe it to the Surgery Group for their amazing work. I'm now 10 months post-op, had gyno surgery with Dr Nurein and I could not be happier.

After years of looking down at my chest and feeling horrified, 10 months later and I've forgotten what it was ever like to have gyno. Over the 10 months I have healed great and the scars are barely visible, definitely not noticeable unless anyone was looking. The Doc and Matthew & team were second to none. Special shoutout to the lovely nurses assisting who will hold your hand throughout, metaphorically and literally!

Whole process was easy, with dedicated support from Matthew & team who are always on hand to answer your questions and offer advice. Getting my gyno removed was the best decision I've made for my self-esteem and I couldn't have picked anyone better to go with than the Surgery Group. Thank you so much all!

I am 2 weeks post surgery for an FUT as I had a very high hairline and as a woman I was extremely self conscious about it, but to say I am pleased with the outcome is an understatement. I researched a few cosmetic companies and had a couple of video consultations and a face to face consultation with Dr Ish, he immediately put me at ease and explained everything about the procedure in detail. I had lots of pre surgery advice from Matthew who was on hand to answer any questions I had. The procedure itself was straightforward, Dr Ish and his team made me feel comfortable and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. My only regret is not having the surgery years ago. The aftercare is great, Matthew & Jallot checking up on me making sure I was ok. I definitely would recommend The Surgery Group to anyone looking at a procedure.

I cant tell you how helpful these guys have been towards myself. After finding me a surgury at good price Mathew looked after me during post surgery too. He always would message me and ask me how I'm doing and would offer help. He would tell me that I can ring him anytime.

He also offered to pay for my compression vest. Really really helpful person. Gold people you cant go wrong with these lot.

Excellent service from surgery group throughout. From the first enquiry/consultation up until day of the surgery and the aftercare. Everything spot on, can’t recommend them enough. Matthew answered any questions I had pre op, and on the day Dr. Ish and his technicians made everything easy! I had no pain during surgery or after, the whole process was very comfortable. Very happy with my results so far and it’s only been 3 months!

I had an amazing experience with my surgery that has made me feel more confident as a person. Meeting Dr Duca was great and liaising with Matthew and Jake after was super helpful. They’re great guys!
If I ever need anything done in the future I’d call them first.

Excellent pre-op service provided by Matthew answering all my questions and concerns, on the day Dr Ismail and his team were fantastic.. very informative and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole operation. I'm also receiving fantastic aftercare from Jake.

I am truly over the moon with the result of my op and Im only 4 months in!

This procedure is not something I would have done only my missus told me 'if its bothering you or on your mind then just get it done'! I am a person who cant make his mind up over anything and this was a huge decision for me. So started my journey of countless research and many consultations trying to learn everything I could about these procedures.

Dr Ish really stood out to me in his consultation and explained not just the procedure but what is right for me. Matthew has also been amazing with his time helping me with any questions before and after. He is proud of representing the service provided because it is so good.

On the day Dr Ish and the team made it so easy for me as I was so nervous. From start to finish was a breeze and I couldnt recommend The Surgery Group enough.

I had a FUE hair transplant at the Surgery Group at the start of November.
I have been very impressed with the service and support from everyone at the Surgery Group at every stage of the process.
And, of course, very importantly the work that Dr Ismail has carried out for me is excellent. I cannot wait to see how my new hairline looks in a few months when the transplanted hair becomes fully established.
From a practical point of view I was always kept informed about what was going to happen when in the run up to the operation, and then offered plenty of advice and support post-op. The Surgery Group even dealt with (and paid for!) arranging a hotel for me the evening of the operation.
To sum up, I definitely recommend The Surgery Group to anyone who is thinking about having a hair transplant.

If you are here reading this then you are like me and many others have been debating on which clinic, company and surgeon to go with for a hair transplant and no doubt are doing your research and are most probably being overwhelmed with information and choice in who do you TRUST to have the procedure with.
I came across the surgery group after weeks of research which included many consultations and speaking to various uk based clinics.
I decided to contact them and spoke to thier representative matthew.
He is very down to earth and his expertise is second to none.
After talking to him i sent a few pictures over to him so he could advise me on the way forward and what his company could do for me .
What struck me straight away is that he advised me that i would only need a 2500 graft transplant ! The reason i mention this is that all the other clinics i had talked to i had told them i wanted and needed a 3000 graft proceedure( i had used an online hair graft calculator to arrive at this amount ) however after talking to these other providers and having consultations they didnt advise me to have more and certainly didnt advise me to have less!
This to me was an indication of surgery groups honesty , transparency and a company that was putting my needs first and not trying to ' sell' grafts as we know the more grafts you have the more you pay for.
Moving on ; the price from the surgery group was extreemly competitive compared to other uk based clinics and at first i was dubious about the quality of service that they would offer bearing in mind the price i was quoted . However after Matthew explained his business model and how the company could afford to be so competative i was totally at ease and thankful i had not been sucked into spending a sum double or in some cases triple to what surgery group quoted

On the day of the surgery i drove to bromsgrove clinic and met Dr ish and his team . They were fabulous, putting me at ease and were very professional in thier work with years of experiance.
The surgery went like clockwork with breaks for tea and something to eat.
Dr ish actually kept me supplied with cup cakes and orderd a pizza for me because i had not taken food with me for lunchtime.
After the procedure they explained about the aftercare and gave me my hair cair after package and basically i jumped in the car and drove home.

Matthew has been top class and cant do enough for you. Aftercare package from Dr ish spot on and aftercare package supplied by Matthew is superb. EVERYTHING you need is there although i would suggest buying a travel pillow you use on planes to use the first few nights to help you sleep with your head proped up.

I am over the moon with the work carried out and i am so glad i came across Matthew .

Overall Dr Ish his team, Matthew and the surgery group have been fantastic.

I had a big hair transplant 2 years ago which went well and i was very happy with the results although there were 2 small areas that didn’t come through as well. The Surgery Group were more than happy to book me in for 500 grafts for free to fill the areas in. The whole process couldn’t have been easier both times. It was two different surgeons as my original guy is no longer available but i felt like i was in good hands both times. Thanks guys!

Absolutely fantastic service from enquiry to procedure and after care.... Kate and Matt arranged my accommodation and made me feel very at ease, it was like talking to old friends. Dr Ish and his Team made me feel very at ease and explained the process in full, and I feel again like they were old friends. The after is excellent and any questions I have get answered in minutes.. Highly recommended..

Been a week now since my hair transplant with surgery group and I couldn't be happier! !! The results already are insane!!!
If you're like me and have spent hours, weeks, months researching on the internet then you've come to the right place! If your serious about getting this done, Matthew is the man to speak to. He is very helpful and informative and will answer the millions of questions you no doubt will have like I did! The cost is very competitive. I had 2000 grafts to fix my hairline and it was worth every penny!
Dr Ish and his team were fantastic on the day. We draw on a hairline (I wanted an age appropriate one..... being 40 years old). And we went with it. The procedure is not bad at all. The injections weren't painful. I had no pain the next day nor did I have any swelling. A week on and I'm nearly completely healed already!! After the procedure, the team even checked up on the aftercare to see how I was getting on! Honestly if your serious about getting this done speak to Matthew. There is no sales pressure, just openness and honestly from the team. I can't recommend enough! 5 stars!

Having researched hair transplants and met with many clinics over the last couple of years my mind was awash with various preconceptions and pitches. With so many options and choices to make I was finding it difficult to cut through the BS and understand exactly what was optimal for MY situation. Enter the Surgery Group …

Matthew is honest and straight talking and very generous with his time. After discussing my questions and concerns at length Matthew helped bust some of the myths and preconceived misconceptions I’d accrued. His passion and enthusiasm stood out. There wasn’t a sales pitch. I could sense his motivation was pride and a desire to demonstrate their services and show how great procedures can be done at a fantastic price.

The day of the procedure itself was enjoyable [2400 graft FUE]. I knew I was in great hands with Dr Ish and his team, having had the chance to meet with them prior to my surgery – a good opportunity to ask questions, build my confidence and be certain I have the right professionals performing my procedure.

At time of writing I’m 2 weeks post operation, the scabs have healed revealing my new hairline. It looks neat, dense and perfectly matched into my existing hairline – I’m very excited to see how this grows in.

I simply cannot fault Surgery Group! I always knew I’d head down the hair transplant route and had spoken and looked into the treatments available for years beforehand! Having used cover up cuts and fibres with a fair amount of success I decided enough was enough (possibly due tho those infamous lockdown hair cuts) and I was at the time for serious action!

I’d spoken with other clinics prior to my contact with surgery group but must say as soon as I contacted Matthew I knew surgery group were the ones for the job. In comparison the response time was faultless, the open and honest approach was plain and simple and having already met the surgeon I knew he was great at what he did. Oh and did I mention the price.....UNBELIEVABLE.
In the brief run up I had to surgery day Matthew was friendly and answered any queries promptly, professionally and with good humour (which let’s be honest helps keep you at ease). On the day Dr Ish and the ‘A-Team’ were utter superstars, having looked into the procedure for so long I was pretty clued up on what to expect but these guys were something else, true experts in what they do and the day flew by, no pain and any minor discomfort was minimal, I’d read some comments the initial injections were sharp but these were fine and I even had a brief nap during the extraction phase. Just over 3700 grafts later (via FUE method) and the transplanting began, again this was painless with minimal discomfort, Dr Ish and his team advised what they were doing before and throughout and the whole procedure was completed much quicker than I’d anticipated.

Almost six weeks later and I’m so chuffed with it, my self confidence has improved knowing I’ve finally addressed the issue and I can’t wait to see what final results I get in 12months or so time. I’ve read loads of comments elsewhere from people who’d wished they’d bit the bullet and had it done sooner and to a point that may be true but I’m just glad I did the research I did and I found the surgery group. The difference in customer focus and interaction is second to none and the team they have carrying out the work is truly faultless. The aftercare comms from Matthew have been regular and the post surgery care has been as promised.

I admit I am a person with fairly high standards and if there is anything I value from a company it’s customer service and it’s with high-esteem that I really can’t recommend or thank these guys enough. I’ll happily share a update review once I get to see the final fruition of what Dr Ish and his team have achieved but so far so good....and if you’re seriously considering a hair transplant give these guys a shout you really won’t regret it.

At such a young age of 23 I hated seeing my hair disappear over time and I had enough, I used to look at hair transplants online every month then convince myself my hair wasn’t that bad. After speaking to other people that had theirs done from the surgery groups Instagram page I was fully convinced. From start to finish my procedure was brilliant, I felt so comfortable during the procedure after being so sceptical in the first place to get a hair transplant. There was minor pain for the first week or so but nothing tablets can’t fix. So far only being 2 months in I’m so happy with where my hair line with be soon enough. Only going to get better and better. If you’re debating whether to get it done stop thinking and get in contact with surgery group you won’t regret it.
