SurveyMonkey is user friendly and I appreciate the reports that can be generated from survey findings! It’s one of my favorite online tools!

High quality data base for analysis.
As a novice I found the survey package very hard to get my head around.
The pricing is not transparent.
The support team were prompt in response and determined to help.

Survey Monkey is a good platform! I ahve been using it for 4 years. I haven't needed help much but when I have, I found thier customer service responses slow and repetitive. it would be better to have someone to speak to.

I like the applications. Recent changes not so much. Support has been very slow and not at all helpful.

1. There is no option to review the question for a specific page. The tester has to go through the whole survey from the beginning after each change is made. It is very time consuming.

2. No logic allowed for a matrix question for multiple items (A, B, C--> satisfied/unsatisfied). There should be an option so that when a respondent chose "unsatisfied", for example, the logic would take the respondent to a follow up question.

Intuitive platform for a first time user.

I like the convenience and the accessibility

Deceptive sales at every turn. Sign up for "free" account. Then made it look like I could only see 8 out of 25 reponses - would have to pay to see the rest. Once I paid an exorbitant monthly fee there were only 8 responses. I made a complaint - said that 25 was the limit for free which was why it looked that way. Refused refund. Complaints was very difficult to put in - had to talk to a chatbot first.

Previous version was better on viewing my previous surveys and organizing in different folders.
Uploading draft surveys for several different users was also better in previous version.

Easy to use, great tool.

Even with a student discount it cost $70 for just one month and my university forced me to buy it. How is that even acceptable? On top of that they have the nerve to shove ads in your face after you’ve completed a survey. It’s ridiculous. SurveyMonkey is such a rip-off and a total waste of money. And you even have to upgrade just to have custom themes and a logo. Not that I even wanted to do that but it’s hilarious. They must have an insane profit margin and probably make some money off the survey data they collect too

Sometimes you need to talk to someone as a new customer... should not be offered only for enterprise
Sending me links to read poor instructions is not service
Previous user and first time in a few years
Order screen would over charge and seemed hyper sensitive to mouse movement causing over charges
Support often repeats the same info that I submitted as a problem

It’s the “go to” DIY survey site - it’s brand is respected by those completing the survey (which is important in this day and age of data stealing cyber scams), and it is very intuitive to create a survey and quickly get responses.

This is my absolute favorite survey site! I have cashed out 4 times. You don’t make a ton of money, but they pay out as promised and are trustworthy.
They give you a detailed profile survey in the beginning and it matches you with surveys you’re qualified for. I’ve done hundreds and have never been disqualified. The app is fun too! Most surveys take between 1-10 minutes so it doesn’t waste a ton of time. Turn on notifications because I was missing a ton of opportunities until I enabled them!

I like the ease of creating customised surveys and the reporting aspects of the tool. There were a few functions that didn't work such as survey participants being emailed a copy of their survey & a few participants had to enter their survey more than once as it had failed to submit.

The survey capabilities have what I need and work as expected. The only hiccup I have is that I use 5 different computers (2 at work, 2 in my home office, 1 mobile). My license covers two computers only, so I juggle which ones are active. But otherwise things work well.

Pretty easy to use. I am still learning how to make surveys from scratch. I do appreciate the templates.
