This company is crap, no phone access, "high call volume and cannot accept any calls", will not respond to emails, contact form, nor FB messenger.
I requested cancellation of order within minutes of order submission and they sent the item anyway. Now it's going to cost me postage both directions, since they failed to review their order prior to shipment. DO NOT do business with this company!
I ordered a iphone 7plus case and a gorilla glass, the gorilla glass came broken and instead of iphone 7 plus case they sent iphone 6 plus, I have emails that they said send back along with copy of postage cost and they would replace with the correct case and also reimburse the broken gorilla glass. it has now been 3 weeks and they have not responded to emails or phone calls. this was the second time this happened with the glass, the first time with the glass they reimbursed, This second time I got nothing and still no replacement case after I followed all their processes. I am out over $50 I recommend you not trust this company with any of their products.
