Amazing Customer Service

I had an issue with my initial order as it was delayed by 3-weeks and we couldn't track the parcel.
The customer service team, however, were so communicative and rapid to respond to all concerns and queries and sent out a new skirt and a tote bag as an extra freebie!
So lovely and absolutely obsessed with the skirt.

A little bit disappointed

My order took well over two weeks to arrive, with an expectant delivery of 3-7 Work days. I ordered from Australia, so I did expect some delays.
I ordered the Tirana dance reversible top, and am very happy with the quality, overall fit and appearance.
I also ordered the secret crush skirt and am disappointed by the quality. Both the top layer and the lining of the skirt are made from A polyester mesh material, and the hems have been overlooked and are fully exposed. The waistline elastic is about 1cm wide, and there is no topstitching to prevent the lining and other fabric from shifting.
I ordered the galan ring which arrived with lines of permanent marker on it. Aside from that, it looks as it did on the website. I do like it, it just feels a bit cheap.

Overall, I love the shop and the designs, but some of my items don’t feel like they are quite worth their price tag.

Wonderful customer service

Wonderful customer service!

I had an issue with my item which was damaged after a few wears. I reported the issue to Susmie to investigate the issue and see if others had experience the same thing. Without hesitation they offered me a full refund or a replacement item. This is truly how companies should look after thier customers!

I feel looked after and will shop here in the future! The designs are beautiful!

10/10 clothes, customer service and shipping

i ordered the reversible skirt as my first ever order from Susmie's. my overall experience with the brand and the product is 10/10. the skirt itself is thick, double lined and a nice kind of bikini style material which is flattering.

Along with the quality of their clothes my item also arrived to the UK within 3 days of ordering, with constant shipping updates which is so useful when ordering from another country.

my item also arrived with free stickers and a lovely tote bag!

all in all if you're after unique and high quality pieces then Susmies is the way to go. the whole experience of buying with them was quick & easy and ive got an amazing skirt too!

when i had a customer service question as well i recevied an email from them within minutes. they seem to really advocate and care about their products and customers.

This place is a con

Order took way over two weeks to come when it said 5-7 working days, had to pay an EXTORTIONATE amount in custom taxes which they didn't pre-warn me about. Ordered four items, the Querida Mía Short Dress I bought was £62 and horrendous quality - not worth sending back as they take over £15 off refund price to send it back when I've already paid £96 in custom fees. They have been absolutely no help at all when I've tried to get in contact with them. Overall a truly awful and disappointing experience, I will NEVER shop here again

fav jewellery brand ruined by horrific returns system

I really adore Susmies jewellery, I've purchased from them multiple times and I get heaps of compliments every time I wear their products. Unfortunately I will never purchase from them again, as the organisation who handles their returns, Rever, are genuinely scammers. Back in MAY I ordered some jewellery but I wasn't in love with what I got, so I returned some of it. Firstly, the process of getting the package shipped was painful. I got told multiple times there would be a delivery person to come pick it up but they never came. After multiple emails, I finally had my package taken in order to be returned. Since then, I have not received my refund and it is now AUGUST. I have gone back and forth with the returns people this entire time, and they use multiple strategies to try to get me to lose hope in receiving my refund.
-every time I send them an email, they respond with the same auto-generated response that doesn't acknowledge my issue, I'm assuming to frustrate me by going in circles, in hopes I will give up.
-they respond with the same short, deflective statements over and over, telling me my refund was successful and I should check my bank history again. They never provided any evidence my refund had been successful.
After going around in circles like this for weeks, they told me that if they don't get the original refund sorted they'll send a new one and be sure to send me updates. I got no updates, and no new refund. Shock horror. After informing them I would get an ombudsman involved, they told me "we checked and your refund failed." After lying to me for weeks telling me it had been successful. Extremely poor. 11 days ago they told me they sent another refund, which I have not received. DO NOT buy from Susmies unless you are sure you wont return the product, otherwise you WILL get scammed. Genuinely so disappointed as I loved Susmies collection.

I was not aware of import fees and would not have justified the purchase

I have an order due to arrive tomorrow from susmies collection so cannot comment on the quality of the items as of yet.
However, I did not budget for and was not aware of any import fees when ordering. The website advised free international shipping which is misleading.
Having paid a total of £168 for three pieces this is already a very big spend for me and with the added £47 UPS fee I feel I would not have justified the price for the items working out at £70 each.
I feel this was not clear when I made the purchase at all. And I am disheartened that I can see on trust pilot this has already been commented on and not changed.
When looking I was able to find in small writing in one email I received saying free international shipping (taxes and import fees not included) but I found this after multiple emails and texts from UPS trying to figure out what they could mean.
I feel this should have been a warning message before checking out that was ticked or crossed by the buyer as I want to make it clear I would not have justified the purchase price and this was not something I budgeted for. As a young, financially single person I have found this experience distressing and I feel mislead.
I also had to Google where the company was based because on the website it was not clear that I was an international buyer and the company was outside of the UK.
I am further confused by the high import fees as I have received parcels from further away with no fees.
I have emailed what to do in the event that I was not prepared for the fees and cannot pay Them as I am unsure what to do.

I had an amazing experience with susmies. My earrings were missing a stone and I contacted them and they helped straight away and gave me the option to choose between store credit or refund. Also the packaging is amazing and very thoughtful!

Sad but true

I hate to say it because I absolutely love the creative designs of this brand and their vision but the quality is so poorly. I own one pair of earrings, a ring and a dress and they're all a big disappointment. The jewellery discolours in a matter of weeks (even though I never wear them with water and keep them in the bags they were delivered in) and make my skin green! The details of the dress (how to adapt the straps for example) are extremely cheap looking, made of plastic and the print of the dress looks unsaturated. Such a shame. If you have money to spend go ahead but if this price range is a big purchase for you, as it is for me, look elsewhere for items that will actually last. Writing this because I feel like so many brands that are popular on Instagram nowadays don't take the effort to continuously better their quality. Hope this feedback can be somewhat constructive for this brand because if the quality was up to par I would have loved to keep buying from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, here is why:
1. Import taxes are NOT highlighted clearly enough and as a small brand they should be more conscious of their customers paying huge sums on the total price. I would not have bought their products if this had been highlighted at the start and not in a small sentence in the payment option.
2. Customer service ignores ALL customer complaints and illegally refuses to refund products. Most of the feedback was copied and pasted and no one seems to care about costume care at all. Sign of a very bad company and all customers have a right to a refund.
3. The courier service used could be improved to remove this extra charge but clearly they have not looked into this.
4. Products are cheap and low quality - expecting these to break soon. My dress even arrived stinking of cigarettes...
I don't expect their response to my review to lead to a solution because this company is clearly ill-equipped and incapable of maintaining good customer relationships. I advise those targeted by their ads to be cautious when buying. I won't be purchasing from here again.

Gabriella pants

I bought the Gabriella pants in pink and I love them. I am not sure about the quality (if it’s sustainable or not), it was smelling a bit like it comes straight from the industry. I had a look at where it comes from but it says it’s designed in Spain, so I am afraid that the brand is not 100% sustainable. But overall I really like the pants, the fit is good on me.

I have seen them advertised on my Instagram for a while, and when I saw the reversible 6 in 1 skirt I knew I needed to purchase it for summer.
