Very unorganized
Very unorganized! I am a 'vulnerable' person who has been left without hot water since Sunday. Engineers came out, switched off my boiler which has been leaking for more than a week and did not pass on the correct information to the company. An engineer came out yesterday with the wrong part. He then told me that he is not qualified to perform the repair and another engineer has to come out. They eventually came and repaired it...or so I thought! He told my carer that we shouldn’t switch the boiler on until today 7th August. My carer tried, switch won't work! Tried to contact Swale by phone and via online 'live' chat...but 'live' was more like 'dead'! Additionally, the cover for the boiler is sitting on the worktop. Am I supposed to put it back?
