I did not receive an order confirmation…
I did not receive an order confirmation which is nowadays a normal procedure when you order sth onine. I payed via PayPal (which is common as ell), the bill was paid correctly and I wrote a mil to Swanson asking for an order confirmation. It has been answered so far. Instead I am asked for my opinion ... strange"

Thank you for your review. We believe you have ordered from another branch of Swanson, as we do not ask our clients for their opinion before we assist them. Also we send confirmation emails automatically when an order is paid and finished. Sometimes our email does get transferred into Spam or Trash folders, so please do check them. Please check the exact name of the company to which you have paid and contact us on chat or email if you need anything else.
Reasonable selection but extremely high prices and shameful shipping charges.
In general very high prices but the selection is reasonable. The costs of shipping are ridiculous, scandalous. There is even no longer an option for delivery in 7-10 days. The customer who is will ing to wait a little longer is forced to pay 12,50 euros for shipping!!!
Even with orders above 50, 60, 70 and even 90 euros, shipping MUST be paid. Get real.This is no longer the norm. See Body & Fit (NL) for example. >50euro = free shipping.
Beside, the prices and 2x those in the USA. With small shipments (without import duties) , it is cheaper to have them sent from the USA!!!
Shameful.

Thank you for your review. Our shipping method is DHL express shipping - 2 business days. The price is the same for all the countries in Europe. Because of the current pandemic situation there will be no other options for a 7-10 day delivery or free shipping. We believe we will provide our customers with more options in the future.
As for the prices - the market in the USA is completely different than this in Europe. Our prices include all the customs taxes, feel, shipping expenses from the USA to the EU. The customers are free to order from the USA website, but we get a lot of complaints from european citizens about the shipping time over a month, or their orders getting held or confiscated at the customs - some even pay fines. We have done our best to keep the prices reasonable according to our expenses.
