Extremely fast shipping, and they even included a little gift! I was pretty skeptical at first of this website, since they didn't send me a receipt to my email, maybe i just entered it incorrectly or something... anyway, highly recommended!

I ordered and paid for my parcel a month ago. And it was supposed to be delivered but never came. DHL already admitted their driver made a massive error and the responsabilty is Swanson. Yet Swanson keep stalling and stalling and stalling coming with excuses this and that, when I already had the evidence of foul play from two phonecalls. The information got to Swanson a week after the original order and I still have not received the item nor the refund. This is a clear breach of contract when all it could be done in a few phonecalls... And it won't come this week either. Its below all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS YOU'LL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY. If they had any other go-between as in for example PayPal, they'd not be functioning as PayPal would immediately have given the refund beca the seller is responsible until delivery is made at the right place åka, not cheated and stolen or whatever. I still don't have my order. If the police in burgaria was any trustworthy this would be reported.

Fast delivery
Have ordered a few times and each time the products come within 2 days.
Make sure not to order from the UK branch to avoid taxes!

I placed my order during Black Friday and everything went fine until DHL screwed up my delivery. Swanson customer service took the ownership and helped me the whole way through so my products finally arrived. Of course a bit late but that is mainly due to how DHL managed it.
Im very satisfied with the service level from them and of course with the products I ordered as well.

Swanson acknowledged my order on Sept 30th 2020.
It is now December 8th. I am still waitingfor delivery.
NEVER AGAIN

The website did not list the actual ingredients in the supplement. The listed ones on the site were different to what the bottle said when I recieved it. Because of this I could not use the supplement due to sensitivity to the additive which wasn't mentioned on the website.

Tried contacting customer service a month ago but like all other reviews says they do not answer.

Update: after contacting them via chat as they requested after this review, they answered and had a look at my order and admitted being in the wrong. It's a complete joke that they respond to this review saying i am wrong and that i probably never ordered from them in the first place. In the chat they also claimed that my previous emails had somehow ended up in their spam folder...

BUT! Even after they admitted being wrong they once again stopped answering. First they promised refund next week because they were so busy with black friday and he couldnt get ahold of a manager at that moment... Now I have heard nothing in almost one week even though I sent more emails. Complete joke of a company.

Update: after some more hassle they granted me a refund atleast.

Wow!! Was unsure if I wrote my adress correct, wrote to customer support and was surprised that I received an answer within the hour! Also, was suprised by the fast delivery, made the order yesterday and received today! (different countries). I never write reviews but was so positively surprised! Will be ordering from them again.

For me it has been a very very good experience using the live chat to get quick answers. Added to this, I experience a very quick delivery to DK, so I will give Swansoneurope.com all the credit, I can. I have been using them before, and I definitely will again and recommand them to others.

Great products. I used different brand before, but now I have been using SWANSON for two years and I am filing great. The website is customer friendly and the customer care center are helpful every time I needed.

When I received my order, the most of it was missing. The package contained 1 of 10 ordered bottles of vitamins. I had payed for it all, an I didn’t get my money back even though I send pictures of the packages. Swanson deceive their costumer and don’t respond to complaints. Be aware that you might not get what you pay for.

Terrible website purchased products and at the checkout it just removed them, tried several times gave up , rubbish?
