I try to contact them on 20 aug and the live chat told me We'll hopefully have it back tomorrow." "We're aiming for 8-11PM
" and from then till today no more notifications, I sent them a ticket but nobody responded. The funniest part is that I cannot withdraw my money. I will never use this site! Maybe I will get back my money..

Good site for trade BUT no existing support. I waited more than a week and still no answer at this day.
I recommend you to wait for cs2 trade to be resolved before doing anything on the site.

It's been over 4 months, no response from support. This site is a total scam with fake reviews. I deposited 499 euros, my account now has 573 dollars and I can not spend them because it requires verification. I passed the verification, but I never got the skins. As well as a response from support. I highly do not recommend contacting this site.
